Excellent initial response from company. Techanican were very knowledgable and courtesy. They explained what was wrong with pool motor and what it would cost. Accomplished work in a timely manner and completely cleaned up their work area. Completely satisfied with work.

After having the owner state he would search for motor and other replacement parts and get back to us with a quote in a week or so he left. I call a few weeks later and the office manager lady sweetly talked to me regarding his report not being filed and she would have to take a message and have him call me back. After another few days I called back , again owner Edward, was not available and she would call him right away and call me back. Next day after no call back I called again male repair guy stated meager lady would have address issues and she was in New Braunfels that day. I called her there. She did not have an answer and offered again to check and call me back. Two weeks later I called again ,annoyed. I was told by manager that there had been a death of the accountant and the owner didn't realize that all the records were out of order and he needed to be by the accountants wifes side as this was just a total shock to her and the company. So I waited a few more weeks, now into the holiday season of Thanksgiving. I called back again got the run around and was told someone would call back. I waited till mid December before I called the last time. A man answered and said the manager was the only one who. Old help me and she was in New Braunfels that day. He offered to take a message I declined. NO ONE HAD EVER CALLED BACK IN 4 MONTHS! I have seen the Bell service van at a neighbors off and on but have never approached them again. I was told in one conversation with the manager that their regular servicing is much faster since its not the owner but a repair person. So after at least 7 calls I actually lost count maybe more I could check my phone records, they have NEVER returned a call or shown up, nor mailed an estimate. Never call them. It will waste your time and efforts!
Description of Work: Owner came and looked at a broken hot tub older model not purchased from Bell. He took off all panels and coverings to access the needs for a repair. All parts were replaced properly after his evaluation.

The initial purchase, deliver and setup went without a hitch. Once the issue was realized I called into the manager and she said she was going to call the manufacture and call me back within a day or two as there is a recall for the issue I am having. A week later I called back and she told me she hasn't heard back from the manufacture and said she was going to call them right then and get back to me. This back and forth went on for a month or two and I was told that a new light, wiring harness and control panel were on order. I followed up in a month and was surprised to find out nothing came in and she acted like it was never ordered. I created a Better Business Bureau report and I actually received a phone call from Bell Pools. She acted like nothing was the matter and she told me the parts were in the warehouse in San Antonio (I was dealing with the New Braunfels location -- Same Owner and manager) and would be in New Braunfels the next day. She was to call me to verify correct parts were ordered and to schedule the service call. Three days later I called her and she stated she would have to order the parts. One month later I called back and we actually scheduled the service call for a 4pm appointment. On the service call day I received a call at 6pm from the service tech telling me he couldn't make it out until later in the day or reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day when I wouldn't be home but my wife would be. The guy showed up and only replaced the led light, not the harness and not the control panel. He said that due to the angle of the low profile control panel that sometimes it would miss the button push. It made zero sense. I feel he just told my wife something to get out of doing the work. When I got home that night the light wasn't working right still. I had to press the light button over 100 times to get a specific color to come on and the control panel still was messed up. I called in the next day and she said she would order the control panel and harness and speak to the tech. I called her on her lie stating she told me they had already been ordered. She didn't bat an eye and kept on telling a story. I called back over the next month or so and still have no resolution. The last call I made was a bit heated and she told me she would call me the next day just for a status update regardless if the parts are in or not. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from her.
Description of Work: I purchased the hot tub early in 2012. Two or three months into this the LED light was not working for two colors. The control panel was also being very touchy and working intermittently. Service work was to address the control panel and the light.

Description of Work: called bell spas to come look at my hot tub, after several phone calls on my part the owner finnally showed up,to a look at my hot tub said my motors were froze up would take them too his warehouse and rebiuld them. after several weeks I called him back he tried to sell me a spa that he was getting in afew days said my motors were not fixable.I am vary displeased with bell spas

The employee arrived and was dipping. He spit dip in my yard and stepped all over my plants in the back while looking at my hot tub. He seemed annoyed from the very beginning. He got onto me for my equipment being underneath the hot tub which was not done by me but by the people who put in the hot tub. He proceeded to take off panels to access the underneath part which we have done in the past and is not hard. He then noticed after doing all this that it was the breaker on the outside of the hot tub that had burnt out. He said he would return within the week to finish the job. My husband called him multiple times and finally reached him to set up a time. Then on the day he was suppose to come he called to say he had another job and would not make it. My husband tried to call again to set it up and he didn't answer multiple times. Finally my husband got a hold of him and told him that he was not being professional, we were not a priority, and we were going with another company.
Description of Work: Came out to look at hot tub and took off breaker box. Said would return but would not call back.

Overall the job went pretty well. Daniel showed up on time, since they said between 1 and 3 and he showed up at 2. He drained the spa, cleaned it out and refilled the spa. He checked it over and got it started up for the season. My only ''complaint'' is that I thought it seems expensive, for that type of work, since it cost $172 or two hours of labor plus $10 for materials. The materials were the supplies he used.

We have had Bell come up to perform a check up on our Spa before, so we decided to stick with them .The technician was fast getting to our house, and brought everything needed to repair it. This eliminated another trip, and hastened the completion of the job. The parts were not very expensive, and he finished fixing it in forty-five minutes. We have not had this problem occur again.
Description of Work: Bell Pool and Spa repaired one of the propulsion jets that were no longer forcing water through at high speeds.
