the schedular rwas pleasent and said that they were booked several months in advanced and were unable to send an estimator over to at this time.

I had heard so many good things about Beldon, but this experience was not good at all and I have since had roofing done by another company, who came out the next day, gave me a precise estimate which they abided by, and actually completed the work ahead of schedule. These were all things I would have expected Beldon to do, but they never got started.

We called them up and they came out without asking any questions. They found where they had missed a problem and they took care of it. It didn't cost us a dime. They were very, very nice and very professional. We would absolutely use them again.

They were very good. I thought they were very responsive. The salesperson came out before and after the work was done. They gave excellent service.

- salesman/interviewer appeared in timely manner and seemed professional - said we would be contacted following week -heard nothing from them until I called 3 1/2 weeks later and asked for an installation appointment -installers showed up on appointed day and added the insulation upon gaining entry by spouse - when I returned home there were enough bits of insulation all over the garage floor and on both lawn sides next to the garage driveway that I spent 30 minutes sweeping and raking. -assume that the work was done but am not an expert - and there was no follow-up by the company to confirm that the work was done to specifications required. -thus can't honestly say yea or nay on whether I would recommend - -I did not complain to the company at any time - the above remarks are just what happened - I'm a stoic. - NOTE: this site automatically has only yes/no for Would you use this individual/company in the future. I would like the selection of I'm NOT sure or N/A since it would depend upon any number of circumstances. So, please ignore the No selection.

Mr. Rodriguez arrived and checked the roof for possible causes of the leaks in the garage and up stairs roof, checked the roof area for almost an hour,, he found the roof had several areas that appeared to have been burned by possible bottle rockets or other fire works. He marked all the areas he found and temporally patched the areas with masking tape, rain was expected the next day, he gave me an estimate, and I excepted the repair. The Beldon office personal called me and set a apt. the same day the repair was scheduled to be done in two weeks. The next day they called and said they had an opening the next day and asked if that would be acceptable. Repair was completed as scheduled.

The job was visited and estimated by a project manager who provided a contract with a job description and a lump sum price. The job description was sufficiently accurate, provided a warranty and was reasonably priced so I accepted. At this time I was aware that Beldon was a long standing company in San Antonio with a good reputation. An unexplained delay occurred on beginning the work. The company senior manager stepped in without my request and immediately resolved the problem. I also received an apology from the company president and gift cards for $200.00 worth of Wash Tub car washes which were not a part of the original contract. This greatly exceeded my expectation for a reasonable price. Two days later a roofing crew came to the house. The repairs required were performed two roofers. Both roofers were professionals with the senior/foreman having at least 25 years of experience. They had a professional appearance, great attitude, very cooperative, safety orientated, and diligently performed excellent quality work. The work was performed safely using OSHA approved fall protection. This focus on safety was extremely important since the roof was very high (20-24 feet to the eaves) and very steep (11 ON 12). Prior to starting the scope of work was discussed with the foreman in order to ensure that he and I were in total agreement about the objective or purpose of the job and the work that was to be performed. They immediately set up their ladders and inspected the roof for the source of the leaks, took measurements and roofing samples and left for about two hours to obtain needed flashing and roofing shingles. Before the day ended the repairs around the chimney were completed and successfully past a hose test. They returned the next morning and installed a new gutter. All trash and construction debris was cleaned up and hauled off immediately after completing each area of work. The finished product matched existing work and architectural features with an excellent appearance. This was a very small roof repair but was extremely difficult hazardous due to roof height and steep slope. I was very satisfied with the attention by Beldon senior management, and president/CEO on customer care and the reputation of their company. I was very satisfied with the crews focus on safety, quality, and performance time. The price was extremely reasonable. Beldon is now on my list as the first company to call for my next home roofing job.

It took over a week to see them. They were on time. The estimate was too high.

My roof experienced wind (and possibly hail) damage over the weekend. I called Beldon for an estimate. Apparently they have plenty of business because the first available appointment for an estimate was the first week of May! I thanked them for thier honesty and professionalism but that given the number of shingles sticking straight up and missing shingles as well, I would need repairs done prior to early May and I would keep calling around. I'm sure they do excellent work judging from other happy Angie's List customers (which is why I called them in the first place), but waiting 8 weeks for an estimate is not going to work for me. I've no reason not to use them in the future, but I doubt I'll call them back for future repair needs. There is a good chance I'll find someone else who can do the work just as well.

I think their pricing was the highest. It seems like they were pretty thorough and all but I just didn't think it was worth the extra money. I believe it took me a couple of times to get through to them but once I did, they scheduled someone to come out and they came out and gave me a quote. I just think they are just too expensive.

Everything was great, this company offered me wonderful service. They worked everyday, they didn't leave any thrash around my house and they finished on time with the estimated time frame they gave us.

From the beginning, Juan Olivo, my wonderful service representative , took care of everything. He carefully answered my many questions, which I asked more than once, and waited patiently while I also interviewed other roofing companies. The professionalism was first class. Beldon was very attentive to details and eager to help me understand so that I could be reassured that I was making the right decision. I am extremely impressed with both the quality of my roof and the whole experience. They are not the least expensive but you can ultimately feel reassured that you have a great company that stands behind their work. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I ever need anything. To further illustrate their integrity, a couple years earlier I was told I needed a new roof. Two companies were eager to re-roof my house. Beldon, at that time, said I needed only a patch. Being able to trust someone to be honest is such an important factor in knowing you've made the right decision.

It went very well. I was very happy with the negotiation and the contract. I was satisfied with the cost, product, management, and the installers that provided the service. I was very happy with the results as well. They were much more informative and explained the products better than anyone else.

We are pleased with them. They always do what they said they will do and everything turns out way the way they promise.

The work turned out well. We had a small issue and they came back and fixed the issue with no problem. Their estimate was very thorough and their explanations were very thorough.

It was phenomenal! They did a wonderful job, kept the premises clean, and were non-intrusive during the project. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I found this company on Angies list. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate for services. He was SO VERY nice and courteous. Gave me a written estimate and said when I was ready to have the work done, they would take care of it the next day. It was done beautifully and have not had any issues with any leaks since. They sent me an invoice for the work done and sent payment to them promptly. If I have any roof issues in the future I can't imagine using anyone else. They are a very nice company to work with and finished the job to our satisfaction and promptly.

We noticed a stain on the ceiling of our bathroom. The attic is too small at that area of the house for inspection, but we felt sure that it was the seal around the vent that was leaking. One of our neighbors suggested Beldon. Beldon came promptly to check, and within a few days, the team of two men arrived to do the repairs. The roof was steep and slippery (not from rain), and they were unable to check the rest of the roof vents. It seemed to me that they were not well prepared to be on a metal roof, even though the estimator, Victor Hernandez, had been there. Their repair was done, and we have had no further leaks. I do feel that their price was quite high for the amount of work done (install "peel and seal" and seal edges around vent pipe, according to the work order). I say that "I would use this company in the future", but only after hard comparisons with other roofing companies.

Upon first contact with Beldon roofing found the office staff very courteous and knowledgeable. The people who showed up to do the repair were prompt and kept the area clean and neat. Have had no problems with the repair and would use again.

After the job was complete we did a walk around. It was a dull day outside. We signed off on the job. The next day, once the sun hits the house, it looks like someone has stomped all over the roof. This really takes away from my beautiful home. These dents are about 12"X5"X1/4" which is about the size of a Men's size 10 shoe. Once I realized, I called. They came out after I called. The rep said since I signed a contract that stated "canning is possible" than their is nothing I can do. This job cost almost $10k. We decided on going with a big-known company like Beldon because we figured we were getting the best quality work. Other estimates were around $5000-$5500. I wish we would have went elsewhere and we will not recommend them to anyone.

Has not been done. Will have gutters and turbines installed and will have insulation done at a later date. David was so accommodating , didn't press the issue of insulation which will be done at a later date.

Solra installations are somewhat complicated. Of course Beldon is a roofing expert so the shingles were no issue at all. bledon teams with an electrician to do the Dow PowerHouse solar portion, although Beldon does the actual isntalaltion of the solar singles. Beldon and the electrician coordiante with the city to obtain permits and inspections. They also coordinate with CPS. Needless to say when that many players are involved in a project some miscommunciaiton and delays are inevitatable. However, team Beldon did everythign they could to minimize thsoe issues and keep me informed. I'm thrilled with my Dow PowerHouse solar system

I bought the Angie's deal of $500 worth of insulation for $149. I had 2 previous bids to add insulation to the entire attic , and so was excited to see this deal. The salesperson was very professional and prompt. He measured my attic and stated I really didnt need a lot but only about 3 inches more to get to the standard. His bid to do the whole attic and bring it up to code was higher than the other 2 bids and they were starting from scratch. I choose to just do the original amount of the deal. The company was very good at contacting me to let me know when the would arrive.The crew were very prompt and efficient and it only took about an hour.There was no clean up involved. This was a good company to work with , but I would definitley get bids from other companys before you begin the work. It's hard to compare since this was such a small job.
