My two story roof is too high for me to get to. I have used Beldon twice. Two years ago to fix a roof leak, and most recently to repair some tree damaged shingles. I originally used Beldon, because I couldn't find anyone willing to fix my original leak. I was told by another contractor that my roof was too steep, and that they would be happy to replace the entire roof, but wouldn't do the leak repair. Out of desperation I decided to call one of the biggest outfits in San Antonio. Beldon came out, estimated the leak repair cost, which was reasonable considering the ongoing damage being caused by the leak. Beldon dispatched a two man team who got up on my roof and fixed the leak. The latest job they did was also done quickly, at a reasonable cost and professionally. I wouldn't call anyone else for roofing in San Antonio

It was fine. They did good work. They were polite. We were satisfied. I didn't have to clean up after them. It doesn't leak anymore.

I spent about $1100 through our insurance. They did a good job and were very fast. I will always recommend them.

well we will see if they listen this time with this complaint.

Have not made a decision but granite countertops are installed for between $43 and 65 per sq foot. The estimate also reflected that no fascia or trim work required nor removal of the current gutters. it was purely install only. I have afeeling I can do better

Beldon Roofing solved my problem. They were excellent and did a good job. They are on top of the line. I'm pleased because they came here very professional and I would recommend them.

They're very professional and very good at what they do. We didn't like the way something looked and they came back and redid it with no charge. That's very good.

All work completed quickly. No more leaks!

They were fine and I have no complaints. They were on time and did good work. They followed up to check on how it went and there are no issues. They were able to do it faster than they thought. I think that the price was fair and they were the only ones that did not want to replace the whole roof. I would do business with them again.

Did a complete bid-including replacing damage we had to the roof (they were one of the only ones we contacted that did both the repair and replaced shingles.) They also recommended we call our insurance company which we had done in the past without much success-but insurance to cover it this time. Tim was here to meet with the insurance person when they examined the roof. It took a long time after we signed the contract to schedule the work. We knew they were booking 6 weeks out but once they got our deposit they never called to set something up. Once we got it set (3 days in advanced) they were professional and the work was done in a timely manner. We just wish for that much money they would follow on the work they did to make sure it is done correctly.

Many years ago we used Beldon Roofing at another residence and were happy with the service so we felt assured to use the company again. We were told the service would not be done until January. We had not heard from them by mid January so we called and easily worked out the date best for us both to have the work done. Being one of the crazy cold days, the attic spray was completed in one day. the workers were very professional and careful. We would use Beldon Roofing again. Now the wait to see how this actually works!

Waited three weeks after writing a down payment check and never heard from Beldon. Called them and got the repair scheduled after navigating their excruciating phone system and talking with three people. The work men who showed up were superb - very knowledgable and professional.

I got a bid from Beldon for a new roof. The salesman was very prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were the only company of 5 I spoke to that offered to repair the tar and gravel roof as well as a replacement estimate. Unfortunately they were very much higher than the other estimates I received and , although I believe they would provide very high quality work, I chose another company.

I used Costco Special services to request a bid for standard (not Leaf Guard) gutters from Belden. I needed a short run of gutters along entire back of house and a short run over the front door to divert a waterfall at the front steps. I got a phone call a week later, and the sales rep stated that he had only one opening the following morning (just prior us leaving for a scheduled out-of-town event.)The sales rep was on time. Pricing was to be through Costco. Pressured me to sign a contract "today" for additional 10% discount over Costco pricing. As I knew that I had three days to cancel, I agreed. Reviewed the contract on the third day. Noted four things: 1. There was no documentation on the thickness, grade, materials, or manufacturer of gutters. Yes, I knew it was to be aluminum, but I could not recall what he told be about the thickness. Regardless, this seemed to me a minimum for a contract..."Aluminum, 0.32 (or whatever) thick".....2. There was no information about the warranty on either materials or labor. The portion that was the Costco pricing stated that the installer was to provide that warranty information. 3. The Costco portion states that was free to There was no phone number for contacting him or the company. Thus, I did not know how to get questions asked or cancel the order. I called company using phone number gleaned from internet. No response slightly after 5 pm. I then had to do quite a bit of internet research to find the Costco special services number as the warehouse was already closed by this time. The receptionist was very nice, said that normally cancelations are done through the company, but as a courtesy she would take my name, phone number, and contract number to indicate to the company that I was cancelling due to lack of materials or warranty information. I then used an message link on the company website stating the same. The company website did not have any email address that I could use. I never heard anything back from the company, not even an email stating they received the website-linked message. Of course, by using the website link, I had no copy or documentation date/time that I sent anything. A little less pressure and a little more written information, and I would have likely been a customer.

Sales call went smoothly. Roof installation & ridge vent completed in 1 day w/good clean up. Radiant barrier required a return visit to get it done right, but the company was responsive to our concerns & corrected the situation. I'm happy & will use them again.

We had a leak that we were positive was from the metal roof. Appointment was made in a very reasonable amount of time, especially since getting close to Christmas. Nice gentleman showed up to check it out and had taken the time to find our house on satellite so he knew there were many angles to our roof. After checking thoroughly, he told us we did not have a leak anywhere from the roof but showed us where it was probably coming in around the upper part of our window surrounded by stone. Didn't charge a thing, since I guess he knew how much we appreciated his time and would use him if needed in the future, not to mention telling our friends about Beldon Roofing!

The service was good, and there were no problems.

They work they did was fabulous. I did have some issues getting the work scheduled and it was very frustrating. Once they got here they worked very hard and easy to get along with. They cleaned up very well.

The absolute best install one could ask for. The men showed up for work every day, worked hard, worked clean, and policed the area before they left each day. There was one day they were unable to come and Beldon called and let us know early that morning. The job supervisor came by often, and always let us know he was here and always asked if we were happy so far, if we had any concerns, etc. Quality seemed to be the word they lived by. We saw no corners being cut, no questionable actions, nothing but top professionalism. Mr. Brad Beldon, the CEO and President took the time to personally email us during the job, to make sure we were happy. How many large companies are there where the CEO takes a personal interest in the individual jobs being performed? Beldon asked for a reasonable down payment and after that there was no talk of the balance until the job was complete to our satisfaction. We never felt like we were being 'sold' something. Our salesman, Juan Olivio, provided us quotes for what we asked for, he never tried to push us into spending more. In fact, at the last moment we changed our minds about the underlayment and Juan quickly provided a very reasonable change order, all without impacting our install schedule. All in all we could not be happier with the value for money paid. We heartily recommend Beldon Roofing for any roofing needs one might have.

Called for quote a week in advance for re-roofing of two homes. Re-arranged schedule in preparation for appointment. Estimator just called to cancel-company had no one else they could send out to avoid re-schedule. Will be contacting another company ...

No problems at all. The team arrived as scheduled, completed the repairs along with a couple other minor items we needed to have done. They were very up-front with us - Beldon has a "minimum" charge for work - and they completed a few other minor roof repairs to bring us up to that minimum. Professional and responsive work.

Technicians proffessionally removed the old roof, installed 18 inches of insulation padding on the roof. This was reccommeded to me for the savings in heating/cooling cost of the home and the expanded length of the roof lifetime of use. New perfect roof shingles, these are the ultimate shingles evermade. There are doubled sealed and all venting turbines and air venting pipes. The roofers cleaned up all the debris and old roofing materials. The roofers let us know at all times what they were doing. The work was completed in one day. Extremely fantastic job. I have referred this company to everyone.

The guy was very friendly, very open, upfront and honest. It seemed quite expensive but the guy seemed cordial and he's very honest about what it's going to be. He quoted me for $6000. I called them and we had a meeting on the next day. I got four quotes and he was by far, the highest.

I called Beldon, but got a recording. I left a message for someone to call me for a roofing estimate as we have hail damage and need our home reroofed. Nobody ever returned my call! I guess they are too busy and either do not need my business or only want to do larger homes than mine! Either way, if I have to chase a company for an estimate, am I going to have to chase you down to get you to do/finish your job?
