Paid on Angie's list.Called to set up appointmentLocal contractor called and set up a date and time. Date came and went and he didn't show up. He called to say he couldn't find the address. Came the following day but I had to leave to an appointment so I showed the local contractor the 2nd floor wasp nests that I needed removed.When I returned, the nests were on the ground by my house and the wasps were making two new nests. Called the Dallas number and left a message regarding not knowing the nests were going to be left on my lawn and while I know I was trying to eliminate a pest that would eventually come back.. . .I wasn't expecting them to return that same evening and start making a nest. TO DATE, NO ONE FROM THE DALLAS OFFICE HAS RETURNED MY CALL.Contacted local contractor regarding what happened. He was surprised and couldnt' believe the wasps came back the same day because he assured me he sprayed a chemical that had residual poison and thus, the wasps shouldn't be making new hives right next to where they originally were. Contractor assured me he would come back and spray. HE HAS NOT COME BACK.I went to Walmart and picked up a can of spray, removed the second floor screen, and sprayed the new hives myself.
