 + -1 moreThis was our third experience with Bassett. Our bedroom and living room furniture also came from Bassett. On one occasion a piece of furniture (couch) came with a minor defect. Bassett replaced this piece free of charge. We were allowed to keep the original piece while the new piece was being made. It took a couple of months to receive the replacement, which is my only complaint about this company. We have had three different sales associates and all three were professional and knowledgeable. The retail prices are a little high, but the incredible quality combined with a good sale (e.g. 20% off is common) makes it worthwhile to consider Bassett for some new quality furniture. Warranties are available and are transferred to store credit if unused in the warranty time period. Cleaning kits come with the furniture for taking care of the leather/wood/etc.
Description of Work: We recently bought and received a new kitchen dining table set from Bassett. The process started with a visit to Bassett to set our customized features. A sales associated was available to help with choices when needs, but the associate was not smothering and allowed us time to make our own decisions. Once everything was set and paid for, the table was delivered within the promised 30 day period. Delivery was prompt and the furniture arrived without a scratch.

 + -1 moreFor the style and quality of the furniture you receive, the furniture is reasonably priced. We have been happy with our purchases and will continue to shop there for furniture needs.
Description of Work: The salesperson/design coordinator Roger Gibbs help us pick out furniture for our living room. He also made a complimentary visit to our house to give you us ideas about decorating and furniture that would match the rooms in our house. We purchased an armoire, a floral arrangement, and an accent chair and later went back to purchase a new bed for our master bedroom.
