Description of Work: Called and set up an appointman on the 10th. Told Brad that I would be gone but would be gone but home before 3 PM. So was told he would be here then. At 4:30 I called and asked if he was coming. He said me he had misunderstood and thought I was going to call but that he was coming then. He never came and never called back. Maybe it was because I only had one large oak but if so, why not just tell me.Would not recommend B&B to anyone.

Description of Work: I had a scheduled appointment for an estimate on 6/30 & they were a no show. I even called them & no one returned my call. Horrible customer service, they could have at least called me to cancel.

 + -1 moreTheir prices are so reasonable. They are extremely helpful. My neighborhood has used them many times. They are hard workers and do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They took trees down and topped our trees. They cut branches off some other trees and thinned out the trees in the backyard. They also hauled all the debris away.

 + -1 moreBRAD BURNS, THE OWNER, SPENT CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME REVIEWING THE WORK AND EXPLAINING WHAT THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS LIKE. THE TREES ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF OUR PROPERTY AND THE RESULT OF HIS 2 DAY EFFORT CREATED A GREAT CANOPY OPENING UP THE HOUSE, GIVING ENOUGH LIGHT TO THE LAWN, YET KEEPING THE SHADE ON THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: B& B TREE TRIMMING SPENT 2 DAYS WITH A CREW OF 4 TRIMMING OUR DENSE OAK TREES IN BOTH THE FRONT AND BACK YARDS.
