Description of Work: I initially contacted Baird Foundation after seeing hairline cracks in the concrete foundation when my flooring work was completed. Thinking I had a foundation problem, I did some checking and was impressed by the longevity of the company. Everything was explained after the assessment was completed but given that this was my first foray into looking into foundation companies, I needed time to do further research. | |My ratings are based on the initial site visit. As I did found out later I would not need foundation repair service, I cannot say whether or not I would use this provider in the future, but if someone is in need, then I would recommend contacting Baird Foundation for an assessment/estimate. The $9000 quote was based on half of my house needing foundation work.
