They arrived on time and answered all my questions. The completed job looks phenomenal. The best thing I can do for this review is show you the before and after photos. If your driveway is cracked and has sunken due to time and the ground underneath shifting/settling, get PolyLEVEL? done. It's cheaper than having it re-poured.

On September 17, 2015 the crew of Baird Foundation completed foundation repair to our house. I am very disappointed in Baird Foundation. They used the bait-n-switch on me, maybe because I am a woman, not sure. Baird?s foundation specialist (salesman) came out to give me a quote, he did his inspection of the foundation on July 16, 2015. He gave me a verbal quote (estimated on his laptop) and verbally quoted me around $16,000+ (don?t remember exact amount) saying our house needed 28 piers to fix foundation. After he gave me this quote I told him that was too high, much higher than another competitor. He asked who and I stated StableLift. He said he knew them. After answering a few of his questions about competitor?s quote (how much was their quote, how many piers, & if needed piers inside), he stated the house only needed 14 piers for under $11,461.75 and the house would pass inspection if we sold home. The other 14 piers didn?t need it now, maybe later on. So we chose Baird based on the specialist?s representations. When the crew came to install piers, their foreman, Diego, said we need additional piers on the other side at a cost of an additional $10,000, and he just happened to have the materials with him. I was so shocked and realized I was suckered into a scam by Baird by not being upfront and honest to make an informed decision. Sometimes it does pay to go with lower bid if you get more (in this case, piers) for the money. Baird Foundation was not the lowest but the highest bid. Now we are not confident in selling our home in the future, due to Baird?s misrepresentations

The workmen, Josh and Daryl, arrived a few minutes early, introduced themselves, looked at the project, explained what they were going to do and got to work. They worked hard and didn't waste time. These steps were wedged between the sprinkler system in flower beds on both sides. They were careful not to damage the pipes or the sprinkler heads. Apparently, when the steps were originally built, the upper steps and the lower landing were poured at angles opposite to each other. However, these guys did a great job finding a good balance between the two. To stabilize the steps, holes were drilled and "polylevel" pumped in. To finish the job, the guys patched the holes, cut off the overflow of the "polylevel" after it hardened, sealed and caulked the seam between the steps and the foundation, and cleaned up everything else. I can't even imagine a better job. To top it off, Josh and Daryl were the nicest people to work with. Ben Blakey the salesman did a great job explaining everything and Monica, the office manager did a great job with scheduling and keeping me informed. Josh, Daryl, Ben and Monica were all very prompt, reliable, professional and friendly. What a great group to work with!!! I wish all companies were run like this!

Diedo was fantastic. Very professional, honest, and hepful. All of the crew were great.

Started on planned date. We had some delays to to heavy rain. Project was estimated to take 3 - 4 days, extended due to weather conditions to 6 days.

The results are outstanding. The work was completed in a few hours. The driveway looks great and it works to keep the rain away from the house.

Diego was very honest, reliable. Crew was great, hardworking, couldn't be more impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointed in the approach of this company. Typical "Bait and Switch" mentality. We were quoted a scope of work that included 12 piers for $9800 by the salesman - Scott. When the crew showed up to perform the work, the supervisor - Diego, said we would need additional piers (about twice the amount in the quote). We told them to stop work and called the owner - John. When John arrived he noted we would need an additional 6 piers for an additional cost. We told him we would like to cancel the contract and have our $2000 deposit refunded. John said he could not refund 100% as he had already begun the work. After a brief discussion that he is responsible for the errors committed by his employees, John agreed to refund the full amount. Beware of using this company. They are very slick - professional brochures, videos, drawings, etc., and their original quote (scope of work and cost) were less than the 2 other bids we received, but when work actually begun, their scope of work went beyond the other quotes and I'm convinced we would have ended up dearly for the difference. Repeating, this company bids scope of work and cost to get their foot in the door and then holds you hostage to complete the scope of work they knew was required from the beginning.

all workers were very proffesional and nice. Diego, the foreman, was exceptional. He provided valuable feedback, advice, and help whenever needed. The jobw ent smoothly, and I could not be happier with the quality of service.

Months before contacting Baird, I had two quotes for this job from companies that do mudjacking (as opposed to polyjacking). Due to complications, I couldn't schedule the repairs. When I followed up, the mudjacking outfits wouldn't return my calls and messages. So I went looking again and discovered Baird. Baird was very responsive. The quote appointment went well. Kevin as punctual, professional, answered all of my questions, and calculated an estimate on the spot. When it was time to schedule, I followed up with Chuck. We worked out a date. The day of the work, Josh asked me about the details to make sure we both understood what was going to happen. He and his crew were polite, diligent, and were done in just a few hours. You can hardly tell they were here. Every contact at Baird was generous with their time and attention. They each made themselves available for follow-up questions. The quotes from the mudjacking outfits were less expensive (about $2000 opposed to Baird's $2900), but I couldn't get those guys to respond. In the end, I think the polymer will be a better product (smaller holes in my driveway, lighter and more weather-proof than concrete slurry), so I'm very satisfied overall.

My tile started to buckle. My son called Baird, they met him and found the problem. The crew that did the work was so professional. I have NO complaints.

Job went well. Cracks in exterior walls closed up as expected, all interior/exterior doors work properly now. Was informed that the cracks in the interior walls would change - new ones may open up (no evidence that we have new cracks), repaired cracks may become deformed (very few did), and old, unrepaired cracks may close up (many did). Work areas were left clean from debris after work was completed. The frame of the deck in the back of the house was repaired after the foundation repair was completed (the frame interfered with pile installation). Price could have been a bit cheaper as the inside of the house presented no obstacles for work (furniture was out and carpet was removed before work began), otherwise I would hire them again for foundation repair or site preparation for a new slab.

They did a fabulous job ... they had to dig underneath the room to add another support beam and we were so happy to have that room level again! All this while I was working from home, in that room!! Only 'issue' was one of communication...I never knew when they needed me there (ie: to let them in to measure the room with the level)...I just happened to be home the main day they needed access, so it worked out in the end, just would have liked to plan things a bit better. They were very helpful when we had questions and overall it was a good experience. I would definitely use them again for any other foundation issues.
