Just know after Baird cracks your plumbing pipes and doesn't level your foundation, they will tell you that it's not their fault and it's not covered under their so called "warranty"

If I could give zero stars I would! I was quoted around $4000 to raise my pool deck. Due to the time between my initial quote and the actual date of work, my foundation moved even more. Because of that, the amount was raised by $2000. I understood that it originally required 1 inch and now would require 3 inches. The additional amount of product required was the reason given for the increase. The problem was they didn't raise it by 3 inches. Once they started, they cracked the pool deck and therefore stopped raising it any further. They only raised the pool deck by the original 1 inch. But they never went down on the price, even though that was the reason for the increase. So now, it is not fixed, it has a 3 foot crack AND now it is uneven and water now collects in a dip that they created. The other issue: When the original salesman came to my home, he said that my pool deck needed to be raised but even more importantly, I need to address my driveway. He said the driveway was more crucial than the pool deck. So I added it. On the day of the service, I had to add the additional $2000 because of a larger scope of work (see above). Because I was stressed about the cost, he recommended that we don't do the drive way or only do half of the drive way because it "wasn't that bad". What? He originally sold that because it WAS so bad. So which was it? Was I duped into getting the drive way done in the original bid or was it not that bad? I can't be both. Integrity? Honesty? I contacted the manager, I was told she was the owner's daughter. I explained in depth the issue and she promised to look into and get back to me. I have waited over 3 weeks and she has yet to respond. Each time I call the office, I am told she is in a meeting. I leave my name, and still never receive a call back. Their website says the following sets them apart: 1. "Transparent pricing"- I did NOT receive that 2. "Honesty"- I did NOT I received that 3. "Quality & efficiency"- I definitely did NOT receive that Buyer beware- They do not do business with Integrity and honesty. They also will never call you back once they get your money.

The job was completed on time and on budget

The crew who did the work were very knowledge and professional. They communicated with us frequently and kept us up to date on the status of the project. They were efficient and courteous and they did a great job!

Two neighbors mentioned them, & after reading the booklet they brought explaining how their procedure is superior to other options (going down to bedrock with galvanized steel pipes) I was sold. I was kept well informed as the project went along. I know they were careful when they dug & jack hammered.

Very pleasant staff-office, sales, and work crew. Pleased with the work and the way I was treated.

We had sinking concrete both in our sidewalk and driveway panel next to the garage apron. We hired Baird to do the repairs, including also sealing all of the driveway expansion joints. The results of this job exceeded our expectations and couldn't have asked for anything better. The team was very personable, professional and were happy to explain and demonstrate every step of the way. Highly recommend Baird.

The team leader, Steven and his crew are true professionals and second to none! When they arrived Steven took the time to explain the process for the repair and ensured that I clearly understood how it was going to be accomplished. I'm very impressed with the communication between Steven and his crew, each team member is very skilled in their craft. Upon completion of the repair, Steven walked around to ensure I was completely satisfied with the workmanship. They left the area around my home spotless! Physical work at address went very well. Getting paperwork to document the repair is difficult. I requested the measurements before the foundation was lifted and the measurements after the foundation was lifted and stabilized. I still waiting 2 weeks to receive.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. The rep came out, took pictures of what was existing under the house and worked with me on a budget that would fit my bank account. (My house is almost 100 years old, and different codes existed different times - vents, beams and piers.) The crew did their work starting early, coordinated with me on their schedule and my pups. (Letting the pups outside in the backyard and such.) And, when a crack was discovered in the existing cast iron pipes (plumbing where the house settled on the pipe) the crew worked around my plumbers. The company helped me finance the first phase of the job, which has been helpful with working within my budget.

From the sakes department to the installers BAIRD was professional the whole way. Thank you to Victor and the install team for being respectful efficient.

The team that was lead by Adrian did an outstanding job. They were prompt, courteous and always informative. Just to name a few members of Adrian's team that provided excellent service were - Albert, David, Damien, Andrea, Diego, Alex Mireles -(Hollingsworth Pack), Steve Sanchez -( Diamond Plumbing). Each of them did a great job working together to get the job done as planned.

Jesus and his crew did a great job. Started early each day. Worked hard, kept me informed of the progress of the job.

When you need foundation work done check for these things: - prior foundation work done on your house - ask the representative who comes in and takes the level readings how far off level is your foundation. When the representative came and took the readings on our house, he did not say how off level it was. All he said was the house was leaning bad on the right side. When the foundation team came to install the piers, I found out that the house was off level by 1/2 inch (ca. 5 cm)! I paid almost $13,000 to have the right side of the house lifted 1/4 inch (ca. 10 cm). And then come to find out when the foundation crew started digging, previous foundation work had already been done! - read, reread and reread the contract before you sign it! Ask any question no matter how stupid you may think it is! - make sure you have a 4-inch sewer clean out so a plumber hired by the foundation company can come in and do a PRE and post hydrostatic test. Any water leaks in your plumbing will void the contract! All plumbing issues are the homeowners financial responsibility to repair!

They gave an excellent explanation of the process. They made us feel valued and part of the program from the first visit. The crew were knowledgeable and wanted to show the work in progress. They were quick to keep the area clean and it ended up cleaner than when they arrived.

The team has done an excellent job to clean up all mess at the end of the project.

Baird foundation has the best courteous and professional team. I called Rusty after a year to double check house levelling before construction begins and he was quick to respond and check out our home to give us ok to start cooking work. He even took time to check our front door and help to tighten up screws for door to close. He wentt the extra mile. We are very happy with Baird foundation. Workers were great. Work was great. Was not notified when workers would show up. Communication issues. Had to cancel an appointment I had because I was not notified.
