unsatisfactory There were three guys on this job of loading two 26 foot moving trucks, with boxes/plastic tubs and furniture. This required some wrapping of furniture items only. The boxes/tubs were already packed. The team leader was very slow in his walking and movement. It seem like he was not either not feeling well or overwhelm with all the job. He was always looking in the house and truck to try and see how to stack items in the truck, which took away from moving items into the truck, so really the manpower dropped from 3 to 2 men. The crew spent 8 hours of on location (not including lunch) and did not completely finished packing the two trucks. This is totally unacceptable. In addition, when I left to get some more moving blankets for 45 minutes, My wife told me they stop working and took a break. But, the Team Leader did not take that time off the total hours. I would not recommend this company for your moving needs. Last Statement: With COVID concerns, There was a designated bathroom for them to use in the house. Since the bathroom did not have toilet paper, The team leader decided to use another bathroom with asking us for toilet paper, totally disrespectfully.
