They came out right away to give us an estimate. We really liked that they gave a two year warranty. They billed us after the work was done. The two year warranty gives us the confidence we can call back with any possible problems. We felt the price was very reasonable.

Our workroom roof started leaking during San Antonio's recent monsoon season. I called Richard on a Thursday afternoon. He came out on Friday morning to do the estimate on his way to another scheduled job. His crew of two came out on Saturday morning, even though it had rained hard that morning, and there was still a chance of rain in the forecast. (After the early downpour, Richard called to reschedule for Sunday morning, something they generally do not do. We said yes, but the crew arrived about an hour later, since no more rain had fallen. They were finished within 3 hours, including clean-up. (They cleaned up so well that I could find no evidence they had been there, other than the completed work.) Richard returned on Monday morning to do a final inspection and pick up payment. I was so pleased with his company's work that I asked him for a ballpark estimate on some other work, which he was gracious enough to do, even though he was once again on his way to other scheduled work.

Patio cover is leaking, but they are coming back out. Sculpture roof, not just shingles. More designer than normal.

B & D Home Improvement was very accommodating and treated us well. The crew was really good and took about a day and a half to complete it. They did remove all the debris from the yard as there was no mess left behind. The roof really looks nice and from what we can tell, it is solid with no flaws.
