Larry Villareal, the owner, consulted with me during the home-buying process to determine scope and cost of repair based on our engineer's report. He was very communicative and willing to do the best possible job for a fair price. When some unforeseen challenges presented themselves (we removed the deck and found some mistakes the prior owner had made, which were not visible during inspection), Larry came out to personally assess the work and provide us with options to bring the structure up to code. He was absolutely fair, and only charged us for the work we agreed to, and what was needed to do the right thing. The team of professionals AVCO sent out did a fantastic job on the house. They even cleaned up the area nicely and didn't leave debris for us to deal with later. They smoothed out all of the skirting on the house and made it look a LOT better than how they found it. I highly recommend these guys. They are a real pleasure to work with and do very high quality work.

They started when they estimated they would, but finished more quickly than estimated. Good communication about progress.
