Overall it went very, very smoothly. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently to remove the old glass and the window sash which had been damaged by Old Wood Borers. As mentioned before, the job was somewhat dangerous due to the presence of such a tall piece of untempered glass. A break in such a glass can do a lot of damage and potentially can be lethal. So they had four guys present for the removal which they did in sections. They measured everything well and then did a nice carpentry job in replacing the sash. They had three men present when they installed the new glass. At all times they worked carefully, asked my opinion a couple of times, were courteous and did a very good job cleaning up the job site.

Window Works did a lovely job. I honestly could not have asked for any better. The people were great. The service was great. I am very satisfied with the service. I have been very fortunate to encounter such great service. I am very thankful for a job well done. The employees showed me a lot of professionalism. They made sure that everything was perfect. They also made sure that the job was complete in a timely manner. The pricing is reasonable to. Although, I do not know the exact pricing on window service.

Window Works Company did good work. The windows look great. We can't even tell that we had them replaced. They properly measured and made sure all of the windows fit properly. The clean up job they did was great. They left no mess. We plan to have them do some more windows soon.
