+ -1 moreJoe changed the locks on three doors in my investment property. My issue was the price. I've used a different locksmith before and the same job cost me $112. Joe charged me $356. I did not agree to the price prior to him doing the work - lesson learned - I should have gotten an estimate first. When I asked him why he was nearly $250 more than the last locksmith I used, he said that he charges for labor and other locksmiths do not charge labor. I asked him what I got for my extra $250 and he all he said was, "Labor." I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere and he said that was fine because he has plenty of work.
Description of Work: I needed three doors rekeyed on an investment property.
