Had carpet and tile removed. Also new tile set. Sandy was a wonderful contact. The crews were very professional. Timelines were kept. Supervisors and Sandy checked on the work. Our floor is beautiful!

Replacing the carpet in the bedroom areas of our home was way overdue. My husband and I stopped by Atlas Floors and were surprised they carried a very good assortment of 100% wool berber carpet at such reasonable prices. Sherry gave us a very fair estimate. Several weeks later we returned and finally made a selection. Sherry educated us about the carpet we were about to purchase and carefully went through their service contract so there would be no surprises at the point of installation. The Atlas workmen were very experienced and highly efficient in their work. They moved the heavy furniture and even re-situated it when I asked them to. I was surprised to see a foreman who later came to the house to inspect the work before the crew left! Wool seams were expertly folded where the carpet met the tile floor. I am so happy with the quality of the wool carpet, Atlas' competent salesperson, Sherry, and their experienced and professional work team. I should have done this many years ago. I would definitely consider them for another flooring job.

We purchased carpeting from Atlas Floors Carpet One. Sandy Cheatham was our salesperson. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped us to choose the best carpet for our needs. The measurements were very accurate. The installers arrived right on time and did a great job. They were all very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Sandy and Atlas Floors.

Sandy Cheatham was our salesperson and she was excellent. She came to our house measured, gave us an estimate working in all possible discounts. I went into the store a couple of times and she was always helpful. She gave me great advice on picking out the carpet. I would send her an email and she very quickly responded. Always kept us up to date on status of project. Our installers, Dan and Mike were also great. We got a call they were on their way and arrived right on time. They worked all day without break or lunch. From 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. They moved all our furniture and installed carpet. Everyone we had occasion to meet and work with at Atlas were professional and friendly. We will certainly use them again and will recommend to friends and relatives. Also, the carpet looks great!!!!

Outstanding salesman and floor installation. Very professional, careful with home furnishings, accommodating and true craftsmanship for installation. They will be installing carpet in other areas of home.

My husband and I could not be happier. They were the ONLY place we went to (and I went to several) that didn't immediately take us to an unairconditioned warehouse to look at cheap builder grade carpet. They offered beverages and showed us the selection in their showroom. Quality was top level and service was prompt and when they said it would be. It was something I have saved to do for many years and they more than met my expectations. Will use them again for any flooring needs we have.

Sales representative were poor in customer service. My wife was told rude comments by a female assistant and neglected by original representative since she was just returning a sample of flooring.

Ken Munir was great to work with as the store's "point-of-contact", although at times he seemed too busy to be available for issues on our project. The biggest positive for Atlas Floors is the expert advice that we so sorely needed and received on grades and types of carpet, finishes, carpet pads, types and brands of hard wood floors, and on and on and on. Getting our heads around the different carpet weaves and piles would have been daunting. But Ken deftly steered us through the maze and gave us invaluable advice on everything – even colors and finishes! The installers seemed to all be highly skilled at their work. All in all we were highly pleased with Atlas Floors, and we will certainly be recommending Atlas to our friends and neighbors. At the end we only had 2 “complaints”: 1. At the end of the project we felt pressure to incorrectly (and more cheaply) install our sliding closet doors. We had to “insist” on floor guides being installed so as to properly anchor and provide a runner for both of our 2 sets of sliding closet doors. It seemed as if Atlas was willing to walk away with the doors in a free hang instead of being in a track. 2. Ken verbally instructed us to “leave our baseboard paint out” and that Atlas’ workers would touch up the base boards as required. But, alas, when we asked the Atlas installer about touching up the baseboards he said that “they never do paint touch up”. Since I didn’t have this item in writing I felt “stuck”. But overall, not considering the scuffs on the baseboards, the finished wall-to-wall carpet and new hard wood floors are beautiful!

Great, at first. It was a pleasure to meet Sandy Cheatham, an interior designer at Atlas. We looked over several options and then selected the one we wanted. The day for the install came, and the carpet was too thick to fold into place on the stairs going upstairs, as well as impossible to put down around the baseboards. The Atlas floors team, Sandy and the installers, took it all out, we re-arranged a new date and time, (2 weeks later), and this time it was a perfect fit. The original carpet was defective at the factory. They were very apologetic, and made it work the second time. Again, no fault of theirs.

Haven't pulled the trigger on the job but Atlas was awesome. Very proactive.

They showed up as scheduled and finished in one day. It looks beautiful. They have a big selection of flooring. The prices are comparable to other stores in town. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

We now have absolutely GORGEOUS flooring. Our installer was not only a craftsman of this trade but a true artist. His attention to detail was absolutely amazing and we are just in awe at how well every thing turned out. We highly recommend Atlas Floors Carpet One for all your flooring needs.

I was at work at the time so I wasn't present for most of the installation, but my husband said it went fine. Didn't have any trouble with the guys that came out, they did a good job. The product looked great and I would say overall, they did very well. It was pretty easy to get them scheduled to come out. The company did it, the installation. We probably could have shopped around a little bit more and saved a dollar or two. They were quite professional. They did order a lot more wood than we needed though, so we have 3 whole boxes out in the garage, that we never used.

AMAZING!!! Right from the beginning this business was a class act. We had a horrible estimate experience with another flooring / carpet business in the area, so we were very nervous. Veronica, interior designer, was my primary point of contact through the entire process. She was able to schedule me within two days of my call for an estimate. She arrived on time, was very professional and EXTREMELY considerate of the fact that I was still on maternity leave with my newborn son. She constantly offered to come to my house so that I did not have to travel with the baby. She responded to calls and emails immediately. She also NEVER tried to sell me more than was needed. She understood that we were moving, so we did not want to spend a fortune on flooring. The technicians (Sergio) who arrived were careful, respectful and very focused. The overall completion of the project looks awesome!! Would DEFINITELY recommend this business to anyone in the area.

Ken was very helpful and responsive to my needs. The installers were punctual and kept me informed along the way. They cleaned up their mess as they were working. Ken oversaw the job to make sure everything was completed and up to par. I would definitely use them again for my flooring needs. Amazing job well done!

I recently had damage to the laminate wood trim at the thresholds of my front and back doors and called the floor installer to see if they could do the repairs. They still had the record of my original purchase and installation from 18 months ago and were able to order new trim to match my floors. The service technician arrived on time and made the repairs quickly and professionally. He made sure the area was swept and left neat and clean. I have been very pleased with my purchase and service from Atlas Floors and would definitely use them again.

Paul and Robert arrived on time the day of installation, moved the furniture and then put all the furniture back in place. Installation looks great at the seams and overall carpet is beautiful.

This is our third purchase from Atlas Floors. Rodney Cooper was our sales representative. Rodney is always friendly and helpful. Earlier we had laminate floors done on a different house. Each time the measurements were very accurate and the installation outstanding. We would continue to use Rodney and Atlas Floors for any additional flooring needs. They always do a great job.

The installation was great. Art was very qualified and professional. Rodney in sales was most knowledgeable and make selection easy. He was most accommodating in all that he did.
