Description of Work: Moved into an older home with a gas furnace installed in the attic. Needed it to be checked and re-lit. Mr. Atkinson was super nice and crawled up into the attic to check everything out. No leaks were found and everything checked out fine. Furnace was lit and house was toasty warm. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing quick, reliable and affordable service!

+ -1 more.He explained to me in detail what he thought my problem was and told me he would return within !5 min with a new part. the approximate cost for this repair would be $125.00. I agreed to the price and he departed. Within fifteen min he returned with the part and Installed it. He then cleaned the coils inside the outside unit and checked the freon level. Everything checked out ok and my problem was fixed. Every moment of this service visit from his arrival to his departure could not have been handled in smoother. Jay's is a true professional in every aspect. He was friendly and a true technician. His price was more than fair and he was honest. Did not try to sell me anything more than what was wrong and fixed it first time. I would recommend Atkinson A/C and Heating to anyone.
Description of Work: My A/C unit was blowing warm air and using allot of electricity. I contact Jay from Atkinson A/C and Heating. We set the appointment for the next day at 3:00pm. He performed a few diagnostic tests and found my problem within !0 min.

Description of Work: Checked and serviced my ac. I've been using Atkinson AC and Heating for over 8 years. They put in the present AC and heating system that I now have in my house, after the Armstrong AC the builder installed, went out on me. They don't try and pressure you into buying another AC or Heating system like other companies do. They do the work that's required, and if something else needs to be repaired, they do it, and don't charge you an arm and a leg.

+ -1 moreVery professional and friendly with extremely quick service. Called them at 5:30pm on a Tuesday in the middle of the summer and they had the new one installed by 3pm the next day. Still thought I paid too much, but considering the first quote from Comfort-Services was $1000 higher for the exact same thing, I feel I got a bargain with all things considered. They are a smaller operation, but in this business I appreciated that the owner of the company was who installed my unit. Nobody cares more for his reputation then him, so he did the best job possible. I would definitely trust him with all my Heating and A/C needs again.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and replaced a malfunctioning A/C condenser. Replaced it with a Goodman 4 ton, 13 SEER condenser.
