 + -1 moreIt went well. Nice guys, professional. But I felt it was highly overpriced. And there is a lack of transparency in pricing. I'm not sure what I paid for. Update: Owner came out to have a look. Educated me about how hard it can be to find leaks. Couldn't find one but refunded me the freon price, even though there may be a leak, and he certainly didn't have to offer a refund.
Description of Work: Checked units, serviced them, added some freon

 + -1 moreI can't speak highly enough of Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating. We received several estimates and Lone Star was the most thorough and reasonable! One company that provided a quote was at our house for an 1.5 hours!! Jerome arrived, looked over our units, current insulation and returns. He provided a plan of action and various options, The installers were timely and professional. Jerome was here morning and afternoon to make sure the job ran smoothly--it wan't necessary b/c his guys are great! We will recommend Lone Star to everyone we know!
Description of Work: Install of 2 A/C units, insulation and additional returns.

 + -1 moreThey were very thorough and they seemed to know what they were doing. Also, they were neat and very helpful when I had questions for them. My son also used them and they came out promptly when he needed them.
