Description of Work: Was not "pounced on" or hounded after entering the store. Was able to browse leisurley. Staff available for questions/comments.

 + -1 moreWe did not want to spend 7 grand on a bed, but were given an awesome sales pitch and complete assurance about 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The salesperson mentioned this bed had features designed by NASA, for example. My wife loved the feel of the bed, as did I. When we got home, we discussed the purchase and reassured ourselves that at least we had a money back guarantee. The mattress was out of stock when we ordered, so the wait was going to be about a month. After about two weeks, my wife began having major second thoughts. Too much money, too much waiting, just not feeling good about it. So she attempted to cancel the order. Ashley Furniture doesn't work that way. Even though the bed has STILL not been delivered, they're refusing to cancel the order, stating we signed a contract and MUST accept delivery of this mattress or they will bill us anyway. The ONLY accommodation offered was to allow us to spend 7 grand on some other items in their store. I don't care what else they may do well, this is not how you treat your customers and a horrible business practice. Will never buy there again.
Description of Work: My wife and I bought a Simmons Beauty Rest bed at Ashley Furniture back in January of 2013.
