We got more than one estimate and although they were about the same, Aristic's (Rene's)expertise and helpfulness made our decision easy. If you think you know what you want to do, Rene will implement and improve on your plan. If you're clueless, he will educate you and not oversell his services. My wife is semi-paranoid on who cuts her trees and what they do but extremely confident and comfortable with Artistic - both Rene and his employees as all employees demonstrated expertise in pruning and shaping - especially live oak trees. Work was performed when requested, professionally, and with thorough clean up. We will readily use Aristic again and heartily recommend Artistic.

They are a little pricey but I trust them. I’ve used cheaper ones that have ruined the trees.

I did not hire them. Their estimate was a little higher than the other estimates I obtained. They were punctual and professional when they showed up to provide an estimate.

I received the estimate on the same day as the appointment for an estimate was made. They came to do the work within 1 day of my acceptance of the estimate. They were very prompt, courteous and did exactly what they said they would. They did not leave a mess and did the work for the estimate given.

Because of my work schedule, I could not be present when Artistic Trees came to perform the work I requested. When Artistic Trees first attempted the requested work, planting beds were re-mulched (though not cleaned of weeds and grass), the oak tree was not straightened and the 10 feet high Italian Cypress was not replaced in-kind but instead was replaced with a small 5-6 ft high tree. I wrote a letter explaining why I was not pleased with the work and only paid half the invoice. Artistic Trees called and said they would come back the next day and re straighten the oak and replace the Italian Cypress with a larger tree. They failed to show up and after several weeks and numerous phone calls, someone from Artistic Trees did finally come back. The oak tree is much straighter, though still not as straight as I wanted, and the Italian Cypress was replaced with a tree almost 10 ft high, although the replacement tree is very skinny. The replacement tree was not staked and the root ball was broken. Thus the tree flopped back and forth in the wind until I staked it myself. For the amount of money I paid in comparison to the work performed, I remain disappointed and will not use Artistic Trees again.

Called Artistic Tree's after meeting with 3 other "tree service" vendors and getting estimates. Met with Rene who took time in explaining process and services they offered. He followed up with me, they showed up on the day we agreed on, on time and completed the job. Before they left, Felix had me review services for check off. Could not have asked for better service. Will definitely be using again in the future for additional services!

Their crew was punctual and efficient. Reasonable job of cleanup afterward.

Excellent and professional company. Would definitely use again. Only graded pricing lower since they were higher than a competitor but professionalism and attention to detail were worth it.

They did a really great job and I was very pleased. I would recommend them to others. The workers were nice and they killed a snake for me.

I contacted this company 3 times. Once to discuss my problem and have someone call me back. They did return my call so I called the second time to set up an estimate. Was told they would come out on a Monday to estimate the job. On Wednesday, had not rec'd call or e-mail with estimate, so I called again. Advised by Christina in the office that she would call me back that day after she had an opportunity to see why no one had come out. It is now Thursday and no one has called me. I am very disappointed.

Our experience was good. They were very prompt. The prices were very reasonable and they were very friendly.

They were prompt. Felix, the supervisor wwalked the area explaining the job scope and stayed until he was satisfied they understood. The workers proceeded as expected and Felix came back to inspect their fwork. I was very satisfied

Overall, the experience was absolutely great. The technicians were extremely polite and worked virtually non-stop. They were here for almost an entire day to complete their work. The owner, was very nice, and his father, was extremely nice as well. I thought their price was within reason. I liked their approach, courtesy, and their location; they're located about five miles away from my home. The tree service was great; they cleaned up nicely afterwards. Any issues that might've came up, they were prompt to respond and fix. They definitely stand behind their work. The entire experience was positive, and I'm satisfied with their services. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

No advanced notice of when team would arrive. I was home -- team came in, performed work, and removed debris to my specification. Excellent response to my request -- Company had performed emergency removal at neighbor's house and was aware of my removal specifications. I will hire again and recommend to anyone!

I contacted the company twice to set up a date to obtain an estimate and they never returned my calls.

Excellent outcome - good workmanship, on-time with completion of work and was willing to do whatever we needed to satisfy the work plan.

They were supposed to have removed some stumps but for one reason or another it didn’t quite get completely done.

I wanted them to add 1ft of cinder block on my cinder block fence. The fence was less than 30 ft long. For this job, they gave me an estimate of almost $7000. I didn’t want them to do the job because of the price. The guy, who came out, was very professional and very nice. He was very thorough and very competent. However, he quoted a price that was outrageously expensive for raising an already existing fence. Finally I went with another company and I got the work done in $200. I will not use this company again in the future.

They even ground down the stump, once the tree was removed. It cost me around $400. They cleaned up after themselves. They did the work, while I was at work. I kept in touch with the guy through telephone. He came out and looked at it. Later, he quoted me a price. I didn’t even meet him. He was excellent on the phone. When I came home, the tree was removed and I couldn’t find any debris left behind. I was very happy and pleased with them. I will use them again in the future.

Company members arrived at the appointed time; removed a section of privacy fence; carefully cut down the trees very safely - without any limbs falling on the utility lines or on the house; thoroughly swept and raked the area; and replaced the privacy fence without a trace of it being removed. They didn't work fast (it was VERY hot after all), but they worked very well.

The crew arrived on time, were very professional, explained their plan and spent 2/12 hours working on the tree. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but cleaned up every twig and leaf. The tree looks fantastic!

Overall it went well, the riverrock/flagstone paths look great, the reshaping of the beds were to my specifications, the trees and bushes look better now that they are pruned and dead branches hauled away, and the grass is coming in nicely in most spots. I have asked for another order of grass to fill in the rest of the bare spots. Everything went well and they were prompt and worked quickly.

I called provider and left a message with what services I needed done. They called me back later that same day Saturday and scheduled a day (the following Monday) to come by and take a look at my yard to give me a written estimate for some yard work and to remove a tree. That was the last I heard from them.
