Went very well. They trimmed approximately five trees that were brushing against house.

I called Artistic Trees on a Tuesday and spoke to Rene Pina. He sent a project manager, Felix, out the same day to assess the situation and give me an estimate. Felix was very knowledgeable and could identify all of the trees and proposed care and pruning. After I expressed some reservation at the proposed cost, Felix offered to reduce his original estimate. The work was performed that week on a Friday. The two guys who came out to my home were very nice, and were willing to walk through my yard and identify the trees to be cut and areas they should focus on. They performed the work as promised and cleaned up very well after they were finished. Rene called me after the work was performed to get my impressions of their work. Overall, they were very pleasant to work with and very attentive to detail.

Artistic Trees was a bit hard to get hold of, and didn't show up right on time for an estimate, but the written estimate was almost $1,000. cheaper than another company. They called before coming to the house, didn't require me to be there, and had a crew of 3-4 workers for 2 days on the job. They cleaned up very well afterwards. I'd use them again.

Excellent Service. So many companies do mediocre work, wait till you complain, then fix only the things you complain about. When these guys first said they had finished I looked carefully and could find absolutely nothing that they had overlooked!

They came a couple of days earlier than I thought they would.

I found the staff to be very communicative & responsive. They did a really good job with the tree removal & a better than average job on the tree trimming. They tried to get away with a ''mow & go'' on the yard clean up, but when I called the office & complained, they sent the crew back out.

They were excellent. They were very professional and they were very good about cleaning up after themselves. I was impressed with them.

Mr. Pina and workers are very efficient and professional. They did a good job. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. The workers showed up on time on date agreed on; introduced themselves and went to work. Those who had specific functions came, did their job, and departed. Very good clean up. I definitely will contract for their services in the future.

I contacted Artistic Trees on 8-21-06 and Rene Pina provided an estimate the same day. The work was completed 8-23-06. The 2 workers who cut down the tree arrived on time. They were very courteous and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up all tree limbs, etc. and all debris from the yard and street. The tree stump was ground out by another man with a special machine. He arrived shortly after the other workers left. He was also very courteous. I would have preferred to have the wood shavings raked up but I didn't specifically request it. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. I am very pleased with the work that was completed.

Returned my call immediately and did the job later that week. Quick and thorough

They're friendly and personable, even fun. Very nice people. They do excellent work.

I had a large oak tree removed from our property as it was too close to our house. The estimator was courteous and helpful and even suggested they cut the tree just below the ground line so as to avoid extra cost removing the stump. The crew was efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning the debris. I've seen other companies working in the neighborhood and they always leave debris in the street. There was also a mis-communication between the estimator and the crew, leaving the stump above the ground line. After a quick consultation, they quickly retrieved their equipment and re-accomplished the final cut. The guy running the saw was so good, I was able to use the remaining slice of trunk as a decorative table top out in the yard.

Artistic Trees did a very good job for me. We took several quotes and they were the best and most fair priced. They did an excellent clean up in which they picked up all of the shrubs and clippings and hauled them away. They were professional and knowledgeable. The trees look great.

The people were nice and professional. The only area they could have improved ironically is that they could have been more artistic.

Artistic Trees did an excellent job. I had them leave the stumps because I knew it wouldn't re-grow. It costs more to take the stump out. They really knew what they were doing. Mr. Rene, the owner, makes sure to hire good, intelligent and responsible workers. They were a bit costly, but well worth it.

The work was very professional and the price was reasonable because we have over an acre of land that they trimmed. The work was supervised to make sure it was being done correctly. They also were very good at keeping the noise down and cleaning up the limbs when finished.

Artistic Trees did a wonderful job. I don't have much money, so it is difficult finding an inexpensive business, they went the extra mile. They cleaned up the mess. The workers were nice and very helpful. I was pleased.

THE MEN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB TRIMMING THE TREES AND TAKING OUT THE 2 TREES. THEY USED CAUTION AND CARE NOT TO HARM ANY OF THE CLOSELY SURROUNDING TREES AND BUSHES.
