ARTISTIC COUNTERS INC

Jesse measured for the counter top on July 9, 2013. Jesse was very professional and precisely laser measured for the counter top. Home Depot delayed submitting the PO/Work Order to Artistic Counters until July 27, 2013 for unknown reasons. However, once Artistic Counters received the order, it was promptly processed on August 1, 2013 and materials were ordered to manufacture the counter top. Materials were received by Artistic Counters the evening of August 7, 2013 and on Monday, August 12, 2013 I received a called from James to schedule installation. Obviously, I was astounded that the counter top was finished and ready for installation as early as the following day. James worked with our schedules and the installers arrived after my husband was home from work the following afternoon. The installation was completed in under one hour. What a pleasant surprise it was to have my counter top completed in a fraction of the standard time frame. It looked fantastic and fit perfect!!! The installers were professional and polite and even waited for me to arrive after I got off work to be sure that I was satisfied with the counter and installation. Everyone I dealt with at Artistic Counters (James, Jesse, Steve, Reception) was extremely polite and professional and a pleasure to do business with, so much so, that I have already referred them to others. My advice would be to go directly to Artistic and cut out the time delaying middle men in the big box stores! It will save you money and most definitely TIME! Thanks guys!!! A Five Star Team!!!!
