Description of Work: Had a recurring foundation problem that they never fixed. Had two engineer companies look at their work. Both failed Arrendono. Had another foundation company look at Arrendondo's work. Failed again. Found out that the company seldom get the required permits and almost never has a city inspector okay their work after it's done. Check out at the city's web page where work permits are listed. You'll see what I'm talking about. Considered suing them (and would have won) but like others who have filed suit I realized I would likely never collect.

They sent out a professional engineer in that regards. It was a free estimate as well. I really didn't have to buy anything. They looked over and were very professional. They were right up front and needed no work as everything was fine. They were very honest. They would let me know if I actually need a work or not unlike some other companies. The quality was good. If I have some foundation problems, then I would call them definitely.
Description of Work: Arrendondo gave me an estimate for foundation repair.

Description of Work: I was selling my house and the inspector said the foundation should be checked. The buyers called Arredondo out for their free analysis. Arredondo came up with a laundry list of things to do to my foundation. They scared off the buyers of my house. When I got another company to take a look at the foundation they said not only was there nothing wrong with it, but the amount of work Arredondo wanted to do to the house was overkill for a house my size. The amount of work they wanted to do was enough for a house much larger than mine. They blew the first offer on the sale of my house and I didn't get it sold until a few months the cost to me was over $2000 in mortgage payments I wouldn't have had to make if they didn't scare off my buyers. Beware of their free service. It just gave them an opportunity to say there was something wrong with my foundation when there wasn't.

I never received a written proposal or call back. I called the office to ask for a written bid. The receptionist assured me I would receive one. Two months later, I still don't have one. On to the next project.
Description of Work: Salesman came to give bid on foundation. He was hours late. He was in the house about 15 minutes. Said it would be $11.000.

Crew arrived on time. They placed plastic sheets on the ground and as they dug the dirt went on the plastic sheet. When the holes were dug they installed the pier system. An engineer arrived on site after the piers were placed and he used an instrument to determine the level of the house. The engineer supervised the leveling and departed after the house was back to specification. The work crew filled in the holes and packed the dirt down. Upon completion, it was difficult to see that they had disturbed the area. They did a great job cleaning up. Job comes with limited lifetime warranty that is transferable.
Description of Work: My house was sinking on one side. The Arrendondo Group looked at the situation and checked the house to determine where and how much leveling was required. They did not attempt to sell more than was required. Their estimate was much lower than I had anticipated, because I had two companies four years ago look at the house and their solutions were much more expensive. They installed seven piers along the sagging side and one around the back corner of the house for a total of eight piers.
