This company did not show up for a scheduled cleaning at my house on April 16, 2014 and never responded to my emails or phone calls that day or afterward. There is a generic answering machine that does not identify the business (just says "leave a message") and I guess they are no longer in business. If they are still in business, they won't be for long. Unless you want to be left in the lurch by someone that fails to show up (especially before a holiday weekend when you may be having guests) - stay away!

I purchased a Living Social deal for this company and went to their scheduling website to schedule my appointment (as I was directed to do from their main website). Initially I noticed that the dates and times available for service were very limited. I understand that they must have regular clients which would limit the times available for this type of service; however, the times seemed to be limited to only a few days a week, and only a few hours each of those days. On January 9th I scheduled my appointment for Thursday January 19th at 3:00pm. I arranged with my job to work from home that afternoon. At 2:51pm on January 18th, I received an email from the company office manager stating that "there was a miscommunication with the scheduling software and the office is closed this week due to a convention and training sessions with the cleaning teams." The office manager asked me to contact her to reschedule. I was already frustrated because of their limited times available for scheduling and now more so becuase of the cancellation only 24 hours before the appointment. I don't know why they waiting until that point to notify me of the cancellation since they obviously knew on Monday that they would be at the conference. I replied with an email expressing my dissatisfaction with their company who hadn't even performed any services for me yet. I received a response from the Office Manager stating that prefer to refund the cost of the Living Social voucher instead of honoring it. I replied stating that I was still willing to try their services and asked if we could work something out. To date (1/27) I have not received a response. I also called twice today and left a message. No one called me back. I checked their website today and they are no longer taking online appointments on their scheduling website. Their facebook page also included a comment from another dissatisfied Living Social customer. Finally I called Living Social and had my money refunded.

We used AromaCleaning for about 3 months now. I have 2 children, a dog, and am very sensitive as to what products I use in my own. As selective as I am with cleaning products, one thing I do not have is time. I've used a a couple of cleaning services before, including Molly Maids, but never liked my home to smell like bleach and pine sol. Aromacleaning was recommended to me by my neighbor and love their products. They use natural cleaning products made with essential oils to not only disinfect my home naturally, but it leaves an amazing scent throughout the home. My house smelled like Lavender and Orange for at least a week. The ladies that came to my home were genuinely happy to do their job, and even took the time to chat with me about what I wanted cleaned in my home. When I asked them about their products, they were also just as happy to chat about how much better they work in your home and how it easier to clean without breathing in heavy toxins. They were extremely thorough the first time they did the initial cleaning, and have cleaned the same way since then. I use them on a bi-weekly service.They are a tad bit pricier than regular cleaning services, but you definitely get what you pay for with amazing customer service and natural aromatherapy cleaning products.I would recommend and plan on using them into the future.
