ARIES AIR, HEAT & MORE

After removing the old ducts Mr. Moran took over two weeks to replace them while my wife, our toddler and I sweated it out. After trying repeatedly to find out about the delays and being told "I'll be there tomorrow" over and over and not showing up, he would appear randomly at night and during the weekends. Basically, he wasn't concerned about us but what was convenient for him. After the work was finally completed, he had to come back as a leak had occurred during the installation. He had to replace part of the ceilings in one of the bedrooms due to water damage. Unfortunately, the leak had dripped onto some family photos which were basically destroyed; not to mention the mess that we had to clean up. The price was right but the experience was very unpleasant.
