I had another company come out and look at my system since then but they said nothing was wrong, there was no need to replace the unit. American Home Sheild sent out Arctic Chill again for my annual maintenance today, but they never showed up during 2 appointment windows and never answered when I called them. I called American Home Shield and when they spoke with Arctic Chill they said they don't want to come to my home. American Home Shield told me today they will no longer be doing business with them.
Description of Work: American Home Shield sent them out as part of my home warranty to check my HVAC in fall 2013. They fixed my system but then said I still need to replace it.

The gentleman that came was wonderful kind respectful and did his job really well. Our ac unit died and needed a part and he was quick to get it and install it =). Also to warn folks the reason our price was so low we have a home owners association, the price may be different for other folks depending on your issue at hand.
Description of Work: The secondary motor had to be replaced

This was the company that my home warranty company sent to address the problem. Sometimes the people they send are not very good and this guy was good. I was extremely pleased with him.
