Jason has been providing weekly full service for our pool for over two years now and our pool has never looked better. We had always had a problem with oak pollen and leaves in the Spring, but Jason has ensured that our problems are over. He has kept our pool sparkling and "swim ready" week after week. We never have to worry whether the pool will be ready for use----it's always ready! Jason has also purchased pool filters and Polaris parts for us, as needed, saving us a trip to the pool store. He is always available by phone and is extremely dependable.

Great, Jason replaced one panel and cleaned out my DE filter. He replaced a part on the polaris hose that was leaking. Taught me some tips for cleaning out leaves an easy way. He referred me to an electrician to update my electrical box and replace the spa light.

Jason is the best!! He has been the first person to be able to get our pool chemicals balanced. This is our first year with sparkling pool water. In addition, he helped us with a piece of pool equipment that kept breaking down by reaching out to the manufacturer. When all was said and done, he arranged for us to have that equipment replace at NO CHARGE.

Jason was really wonderful to work with. He arrived on time and did a great job actually explaining what was causing the issues we were having. We will definitely use him again in the future.

The owner Jason and his employees seem to have high integrity and care about finding solutions to problems that arise with the pool equipment and knowledgable on pool maintenance. I used two other companies before using this company and wish I had found this company earlier.

I met with Jason Hanchey, the owner, prior to getting our pool service started. He came out to get measurements of the pool and go over the service. He explained what to expect and what type of service would be covered and what other services would be recommended in time (filter cleaning, back washing etc,) as well as what other services are offered. So far, our experience has been great and they were able to identify potential issues which would need to be addressed. I really appreciate the emails going over what was found when the pool was cleaned. I have discussed doing other service which he is in the processing of finishing. That went well also. The pool looks great! I would highly recommend contacting Aquia Pool & Spa for your pool needs.

Love Jason Hanchey and Tony...they maintain my pool year around and notify me immediately if any of my pool equipment is not performing to full capabilities. Jason works with me with contract length...and provides a discount if I pay up front for a term contract rather than month by month...and Aquia also provides a military discount. I've never had reason to complain about the services...and find both Jason and Tony to be very responsive, very personable and very customer service oriented. I'd recommend Aquia to anyone who needs a pool service.

Better than any pool service we have ever used before.

Jason has been very patient and helpful with our many questions regarding the pool, system, and maintenance. We feel very comfortable calling or emailing him should we have any questions. We are so happy to have found a dependable company owned and operated by such a dedicated and knowledgeable individual as Jason and staffed with equally knowledgable individuals such as Tony. We liked them so much that we have them perform weekly maintenance! We trust Jason and highly recommend Aquia Pool and Spa to others. *Please note that the approximate cost included a new pump, installation, and many pieces of equipment. The cost was much less than a quote we received from another company!

Since we bought the house, a little over a year now, Jason has been taking care of our pool. We had little knowledge about the condition of the pool and equipment, and sure enough we have had numerous problems. We have had 3 pvc pipe breaks from ground movement and prior plumbing with wrong materials, timer switch that needed to be replaced, capacitor went out, and a few other things. However, Jason has proven over and over again that he will be there. Jason and his team can easily handle the regular pool care and can be relied on to go above and beyond to keep your pool equipment running when things go wrong.

Engaged this service to maintain my pool approximately 6-months ago, and have really been impressed with the service. The owner Jason and his trusty technician Tony have been very professional and have answered all my questions & provided outstanding service. I see Tony assigned to me more often. He is top-drawer with a great personality .... really knows how to keep a swimming-pool in perfect condition. I have lots of Live Oak trees all around the pool area, which was becoming more difficult for me alone to handle. My pool now, week-in and week-out is always in perfect condition. They simply do a great job keeping a valued customer very happy indeed! Not only are they worthy of the SUPER SERVICE AWARD .... but I would recommend & nominate them for the PAGE OF HAPPINESS AWARD !

Aquia has been servicing our pool throughout the summer and providing repairs when necessary. Jason and his employees have been responsive when I have contacted them. This is our first experience using a service and we have been happy to have help in maintaining our pool.

The team at Aquia is phenomenal! We simply love every aspect of this company. We have had other pool companies and are so happy to have found Aquia! Jason oversees every aspect himself and makes sure everything is always right. If not, he will personally see that it is made right. Our pool is spotless, runs well, and there's no question of was the pool guy here or when they are coming. We've had a few repairs done this year. Jason has been fair pricing wise and always looked for the most appropriate fix, rather than the quickest or most profitable. The company does an excellent job of communicating, both weekly and as news/problems arise. They do not ever ignore their customers. Most importantly every person we've met is incredibly knowledgeable about pools (and they're super friendly, too). There are not any random guys with a net and some chlorine that can't answer a single question or turn a valve the right way. It's refreshing and reassuring. We can't imagine not having Aquia as our pool company!! They are highly recommended and we hope to have them around for a long, long time!

Jason and his staff are extremely helpful and reliable. This was our first summer in our new home and our first summer with a pool. We had a great time and Jason kept our mind at ease by keeping us informed as to any necessary maintenance or service options. The health of the pool and its water never was in question as Jason kept it all in outstanding condition. It was great to be able to relax and concentrate on regular life tasks while knowing the pool was there as a source of relaxation. I've heard horror stories about pool services before and feel particularly fortunate that we found Jason on Angie's list and avoided all of those headaches.

I must have used from 7 to 8 pool service providers over the last 10 years. By far Aquia is the best. It is so nice to have finally found a company that really seems to care about providing consistently outstanding service. Jason and his crew are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone not completely satisfied with their current service.

My husband and I are fairly new to pool ownership and had been taking care of it ourselves. One morning we walked out and our pool looked like a rather large snow globe. We had very limited visibility and there were white flakes floating. I called Jason and he was able to come out that day. After patience and trial and error, he managed to clear our pool in a timely fashion without a huge cost. We were so comfortable with Jason and his team, we hired them to continue to monitor our chemicals. I love the Service Visit that is sent to me electronically immediately after they have been to our home. We trust them to keep our pool clear and I would refer them to anyone wanting excellent service!

We have had the pleasure of having Jason/Aquia helping us with our pool since 2012. He was referred to us after some pretty extraordinarily bad service. Having never owned a pool before, I was completely in the dark as to how to maintain a pool, much less how much it would cost to have it maintained. From the beginning, Jason always made me feel as though we were partners in the care of our pool and always explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. More over, when we are in the need of a repair or a part, Jason has always tried to find the most cost efficient solution....never trying to up-sale me for an extra buck. He's always available for questions/concerns and keeps his customers in the loop regarding all aspects of pool maintenance. We've had quite a rodeo with our pool. I'm convinced that other companies would have dropped us for an easier client. Jason has stuck with us through it all.
