I've used Aquia Pool and Spa for over three years and counting. Always excellent service and they've never missed a week. Jason the owner provides lots of advice and feedback when repairs or upgrades are needed. My pool is over 10 years old and started needing replacements to some of the original equipment.. So far, they've replaced pool pumps, burned out pool lights, a Polaris sweeper and pool/spa controls. Each time he worked to get the best pricing and rebates available both from the manufacturer and from CPS. The regular pool technicians have all been excellent too. Thanks to Tony, Chris and Christopher who have been my weekly guys at various times over the years. Definitely recommend this company!

As far as minor maintenance and chemistry, I take care of my pool on my own. However, when an item needs attention outside of that, I call Jason first, every time. He is reliable, honest, and provides excellent value for his fees. Prior to this last season, my booster pump quit working. After reading some reviews, I bought a pump, and attempted the DIY install myself. I quickly realized I was in a little over my head. Within just a couple of days of my call, Jason came out and rescued me, taking the booster pump I had bought (luckily it was the correct one) and switched it out in no time at all. I have recommended him to a number of people over the last few years, as reliability and service such as his are hard to come by these days.

Jason has been servicing my spa/hot tub for several years now, and he's always been honest & reliable, and has always provided top-notch service. I have a fairly hectic schedule, and he has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty to help.

We are highly impressed with service companies should -- show up and clean the pool on a regular schedule so that we can enjoy it. We have used other companies, including large ones, but have returned to Aquia because the service and communication are great, they are reliable, and they have managed to retain the same employees for a very long time. We appreciate knowing who will be in our yard when we aren't home, the security of having a very small number of people have our access codes, and the fact that Mason is very compassionate and kind with our dogs. The cleanings are always thorough. Jason has also performed larger repairs on the pump equipment in a satisfactory manner and at a reasonable price. We also enjoy the email updates with relevant information about the pool's condition and services performed.

When backwashing and cleaning my filter, some of the panels were damaged so they replaced the panels and the filter is working great again. Also replaced my spa light which is also working great. Thanks very much.

Jason and his team at Aquia Pool & Spa have transformed our pool. We hired Jason & his team to take over our pool maintenance about 6 months ago. After they did a full analysis of our pool and the entire system, they had some recommendations to make it safer, look better, and run more efficiently. They took care of us and our pool has never looked better. The water is more clear than it has ever been and our pool is in pristine condition! Great service & honest company.

i was thoroughly pleased with Jason at Aquia. He and his team were very professional and attentive to details. in addition to replacing the sand in the filter, they vacuumed the pool to clean up an algae issue I had, did some routine maintenance on the pump, all at no additional charge. Jason also spent a good bit of time discussing pool maintenance with me and getting me back on the right track. A very good experience, and i will certainly use them in the future.

Our Spa was not heating. Problem was diagnosed, parts ordered and replaced. Spa is working perfectly now. Service was outstanding.

This amazing company has literally changed my life! For more than 23 years, I've done all the cleaning and chemical addition on my large pool. This year, I hired Aquia and now I wonder why I waited so long. For a reasonable monthly price, they clean, empty skimmer and maintain proper chemical balance. For the first year EVER, no algae blooms! Considering all the trouble and extra chemicals I bought each year, this company may actually be saving me money, and I don't have to do a thing! I was actually considering an expensive re-plastering of the pool before I hired them. The owner also recommended a new pool cleaner, which he didn't even sell me. I got a robotic Polaris that brushes the sides, and what a wonderful difference it has made as well. They also installed a new pool pump when mine died, and this one is energy efficient enough for California standards! I even got a huge rebate from CPS for buying it--all of which the owner informed me about. I'm delighted with everything about this company!
