Description of Work: Pool and jacuzzi cleaning weekly as well as basic and major maintenance. Jason also organized the resurfacing of pools at a rental property . Without jason and his staff my pool would not look as good as it does . Over a 5 year period of time I have gone thru 2 other pool services and neither could keep pool as clean as jason and his staff .

Description of Work: We contacted Jason at Aquia Pool & Spa when we were having trouble getting our pool to clear up after an onslaught of oak leaves, oak pollen, and much-needed rain. Jason assessed the situation and advised us on what needed to happen next to correct our pool water. He and Tony were able to quickly clear up our water and bring it back to sparkling. We signed up for weekly service and are extremely pleased with Jason and his service. He takes the time to answer all our questions and explain his course of action. He is prompt and dependable and provides a great service!

Description of Work: Jason takes care of our pool weekly and we are extremely pleased with his service. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing and answer all our questions. Even though we have had tree pollen, leaves, and several days of unseasonal rain, Jason has kept our pool clean, blue, and algae free. We only wish we had started using his service sooner!

Description of Work: Drained, scrubbed and cleaned my hot tub that had been sitting for awhile. Had to come back a couple of times due to the wrong filters being used and waiting on the new filters. Never once complained and consistently followed up on the filters on order and when he would return. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JASON AND HIS COMPANY to anyone looking for a professional company to service their spa or pool.

+ -1 moreJason will 'WOW' you with his level of service and professionalism. I recieve weekly reports by email of his work on my pool and he's always available for questions by phone or email. He's even gone above and beyond when it comes to his weekly maintence -- when I found out I need to drain and refill my pool with fresh water he made it a priority to help me with the process. He even lent me his sump pump to handle draining the pool, even volunteered to handle it for me at no extra cost (although I choose to do it myself)! I work for a service first based company and I love when I find other companies that I work with who value service. Jason and Aquia are top-notch and I would highly recommend his services (and I have) to others. If you are in the need of help with your pool maintenance give Aquia a try. I am positive you won't be disappointed.
Description of Work: I hired Jason @ Aquia to perform my weekly pool maintenance after hearing about his service through an ad in the mail. Normally I would never hire someone from a mailer, but I asked Jason to meet me after I received his ad to get a feel for him and his business. Within minutes of meeting Jason I could tell he was the right man for the job and I haven't been wrong since I hired him over a month ago.
