pool cleaners
+ -1 moreI contacted Aquazul about a green pool. They assured me they could take care of it quickly with no problem. Four weeks later, the pool looks the same or worse than when they started. The technician spent MAYBE 15-20min each week (except for the week they didn’t come at all), doing minimal maintenance(skimming surface, emptying skimmer basket, etc.) like they were just maintaining a pool that was in great shape. Each week I expressed my concern and was told ‘I understand, we’ll take care of it', but no additional effort was ever put in. Did I mention they skipped a week that I PAID FOR?? Very poor service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
