Art and his brother Armando are definitely criminals. Do not call them for anything. After they didn't fix the refrigerator we called the GE guy and he said that they messed it up so badly he could not fix it. Then Armando said he would give me my money back and take the refrigerator so they could have the parts. We agreed and he wrote a hot check. We are now reporting him to the district attorney but it looks like he is a known criminal.
Description of Work: I found them on the internet for 24 hour service since my refrigerator wasn't working and it was almost the holidays. The said they serviced GE appliances. They came out a replaced a part and it did not work after we paid them $245 and then they came out again with another part and we paid them some more money and it still didn't work. They came out several times and never did anything.

Art is a criminal. No other words describe it. We own two restaurants in this town - Two Step Restaurant and Cantina and Tiu Steppi's Osteria. Art was contracted to fix our margarita machine. He requested a check for $950 in advance to fix the machine. One full month later I have no machine and he will not return the money. I have filed a report with SAPD and have hired an attorney to handle the civil suit. He claims he purchased a "faulty part" with the money and can't refund it. He is a criminal. This is not a business. Go to the "business address." It is a residential home. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS MAN.

After a week and a half of calling my service person, Arturo Aguirre, who is the brother to the owner of the company, I could not get him to call me. The person who answers the call said the only one who can tell you anything is the actual service person, who is always busy on jobs. I finally called my Home Warranty person and filed a complaint against them. They were able to get Arturo to finally call me that same day. He told me the part is not available and would probably take another week or two! I immediately called HW back and told them what he told me and they said they would call them again to see what part they are needing. Arturo calls me back that same day and says he can install the part the next day. Well the next day he called to say his truck broke down and he was not able to come after all. (No surprise) I called the HW and told them the latest and asked to refer me to another company. She convinced me to try to let them finish the job- since It would mean more time to start over. Against my better judgement I said ok. Arturo came the next day with another person-don't know if he was a technician or not- but he was watching Arturo at first- then he asked to use the bathroom. I had to leave the kitchen to show him the bathroom. Then he went outside to use his phone and then when came inside, sat at my dining room table to use his phone again. I was getting very agitated with them in my house. Arturo finally tells me the new part is defective He needs to order another! I said I guess that means another 2 wks. He said no I can call my distributor in Austin and possibly have it the next day (Amazing) He called and confirmed they had the part. He would contact me tomorrow....10 mins after he left, he called to ask to look in the microwave door to give him the model #!!!!! That WAS IT! I called HW and said I need a real service repair company NOW. The new company came out the next day. They had a long list of damage that was done to my microwave (by the Appliance Experts) My husband was with them when they pulled the microwave out of the wall. Said the wires to the control panel were cut for starters and for some reason the display was all scratched up. The new company called HW and reported this information. In the end they said they were going to replace the microwave with a model close to what I have but not the exact one because they do not deal with Thermador brands! I am very upset with this whole experience because of one so-called repair person, who was not capable of doing their job of diagnosing the problem which i was told was a $2.50 part. Now I have to be inconvienced to have my microwave replaced by a lower end model or take the allowed amount and out of pocket a considerable amt of money to get a Thermador brand!
Description of Work: I went through my home warranty company to repair my microwave. They contacted this company. They were prompt to come out and look at it and take my ck for $75 (my deductable). Said they needed to order a new magnatron. My microwave would turn on but was not actually heating at all. My microwave was a Thermador brand.

Company diagnosed problem as damaged hose. They did not have a replacement hose with them so scheduled to come back the next day. They didn't show up during the 6-hr window they provided. When I called them to inquire, they said they would come the next day; this time within a 2-hr window. Again, they did not show up. I called them (again) to inquire and they said they were on their way. Ten minutes later they called back and said the parts supplier did not give them the correct size hose and it would take them too long to go get another one and do the repair that day. We scheduled another date (following Monday) this time with a 1-hr window. They did not show up and did not call. When I called them, they said it would be another couple of hours and when I pressed them to be there sooner they said it would be one hour. They did arrive (late) and proceeded to replace the hose. The hose they brought was severely lacking in quality. When they took the bottom off to install the hose, they discovered the tub was cracked (a diagnosis they should have discovered if they did a thorough inspection on the initial call). They also proceeded to spill water all over my floor without proper protection of my floor (and attempted to carry the machine out of my house past my carpeted floors with water streaming out of the dishwasher). The company was required to submit repair cost estimate and said it would take 24-hrs to complete. After 96-hrs, a repair estimate still has not been submitted. Another company has been dispatched to make the repairs to my dishwasher.

Description of Work: Provider diagnosed freezer problem, but missed the leaking water from the ice maker. Then, after calling the vendor to schedule follow up calls three times, the vendor blew us off all three times and would not even return our call. This was a Home warranty call, and the vendor seemed interested in getting his $75 diagnostic fee and then wanted nothing to do with us. Kept telling us the part was on order and had not come in yet. Our home warranty company could not get them to return their calls either, and they re-assigned the contract to another vendor. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!
