Description of Work: I needed a new roof. After several hours and conversations with the sales tep, I finally received a quote. I paid a deposit of $2,000 and the work was supposed to start within a week. I received a call from the owner who said he was not going to honor the pricing I was given . He was very rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. Dont do business with rhis company!

 + -1 moreThey took a deposit in August, and the work was completed on Nov 1. Then it took weeks to get them to fix the damage that they caused by using too long of nails. The work that they did to fix the problem did not last and now the splinters in the wood is exposed again. After signing a contract with them and giving them a deposit we learned that they had brought in employees from Minn. and they misrepresented the work that would be done. There were 3 people in this one area and we all had problems with their work.
Description of Work: They misrepresented the work that would be done while replacing the roof. This is the Apex Company located on Camp Bullis Road.
