+ -1 moreThey were very efficient and affordable, they were actually $800 cheaper than a competitor of theirs we had called. The day my wife called them they came out an hour later. The water heater was the same make and model and they didn't try and up-sell us. We are going to have them come back and replace some old fixtures for us as well.
Description of Work: They replaced our water heater and removed our old one as well.

+ -1 moreIt worked for a short time and now it hasn't worked. I can't use the shower! I've been trying to contact them to no avail. I even tried calling a few time today to see if they would rectify the situation. However, instead of doing so, they were very nasty and told me not to call anymore.
Description of Work: I had them go look at my bathtub due to malfunctioning handles. The one that dealt with the shower was stripped.
