We installed this system as part of a complete landscape renovation installation at our home in 2012. The original irrigation installer was a subcontractor to the general contractor that did the extensive landscaping. We have a complex system with 15 zones that includes not only lawn coverage but specialty bubblers for decorative and rose beds. We noticed within six month that the irrigation system was not performing as we wished in many ways, even though the system materials were high quality (Hunter). There were gaps in the coverage, the control boxes were sinking leaving dangerous spots that could wrench a knee, the spray heads were too short and the grass had already overgrown the heads when fully out, and there were other issues. I had watched Andy's crew work across the street and met the crew lead, Chris. He explained to me how they worked, their professionalism and the way charges were calculated. Chris is extremely professional and personable - and I saw how hard working he was across the street. I also observed how careful he was as he worked. The work they complete today was exceeded expectations and came in slightly under the estimate. Everything was brought up to the condition and performance we expected. Chris explained everything in detail and why he was doing what was needed. The replaced numerous spray heads, lowered a few and installed 6" risers in place of the 4" (too short) risers. An indication of just how professional these folks are was when I observed Chris and his helper working on the system along our flagstone walkways. They actually put down tarps so as not to track any dirt on the stone. The work truck in immaculate and well organized and had every part needed. No trips to get "something." All employees are in uniform. Total work time was about 6 hours. Also, their office calls a day in advance with a reminder. Again, professionalism exhibited every step of the way.

They used the Big Deal as a loss leader, and then tried to up-sell me on a much higher project. I didn’t appreciate that and wasn’t prepared for that.

He did what the ad said he would do, and did it well. There was supposed to be a follow up but it never happened.

These guys did a great job. They repaired everything. They had to do a lot of dirty digging and re-routing. They replaced inoperative valves broken wires, burned out bulbs and lights, etc. They did work that would have taken me 2-3 trips to Home Depot and days to correct, and a lot of grief and pain. When it was all over, a replaced valve was defective and not working. I told them they could come back tomorrow since it was getting dark and cold. They said they could not leave it that way and busted their butts to fix it in the cold. Now let's get one thing straight. They are not cheap, BUT you get what you pay for. They could not have been nicer, more professional, or accommodating. These guys are true professionals. They did it right. I could have given them a "B" on price but when I though about it I thought would I have been willing to do this myself for someone else at less than $800 and the answer is "no." YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

It was fine. There wasn't really anything. They did the basic thing and they were here and they left. There was really nothing to comment on. I thought it was a good deal. It was worth having them come out and look at it. I don't remember that they were late or anything. They were very expensive to do any other work with. The "Big Deal" special was good but it was going to be expensive to have them do any work on it.

Everything went pretty good. The service ended up being extra cost which was expensive but they did a good job.

They were very good. He had to go get the permit and it took us about a week and then they had to get the instructor. They did an excellent job. The permit cost us $850. They were very reasonable because I had called around.

The visit was scheduled at a time convenient for us. A two-man team arrived on time and, after introducing themselves, went to work immediately and completed their work in a prompt manner. The work done was good quality, using good quality components. The team was friendly, polite, skillful, and conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times. After work was completed, they showed me exactly what was done and provided a detailed invoice along with their business card. All in all, it was a good experience and we will definitely use them again. This is the second time we have used Andy's and we were not disappointed ... again. We happily recommend them for sprinkler system work.

Outstanding work by Chris Russek and his crew. Spent over a week on the job, and is constantly coming by for follow-ups, QA, and minor tweaks to the system. Very responsive to emails and phone calls, and he kept me in the loop the entire time. Very flexible regarding payment schedule.

Also after i used the system for two weeks i saw that each time zone 5 came on it was flooding into the street wasting precious water.

A great job for the price of 49.00 and 50.00 to the replacement of several sprinklers head. The master control was set to water twice on our watering day. Super work by the provider.
