Description of Work: You need to state in your Angie list ad which areas of town you really service!! Especially before customers purchase an specials from Andy's. Also, Andy's receptionist was" so Rude" about my situation!! When I called to schedule an appointment after (3) hours of my purchase. It was a really inconvenient to have call Angie list for a refund after I purchased the Angie list special from Andy's

Description of Work: It went well - Oscar showed up inside the time frame and called before he got here to make sure. He knew his business and was quite professional. My only comment that causes the B rating is price of additional services were what I considered high. A single rotator head was 75 pus 60 to install. I could have done myself but wanted it done so went on and ordered the service - Took him less than an hour - good for his skills but 120 labor to me was steep. I may use again depending on their estimate. He found one other problem with a dead wire but getting estimates before committing.. Bottom line good company but pricey.

Description of Work: We haven't used our sprinkler system much since we moved into our house a year ago between winter and the rainy spring. When we finally turned it on, it didn't work. It took several weeks to get an appointment, but when Andy's came out, they checked everything thoroughly and found several leaks and a few other problems. They fixed those, tested everything, made adjustments and got it working perfectly. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Called to have someone come and check our landscape lighting. On appointment day and time, a gentleman arrives, but he is the sprinkler system person. He called his boss, who knew about lighting. While waiting for boss to arrive,the first gentleman noticed some places where squirrels had chewed wire. He and helper replaced some wire. They then tried to reconnect some wires, using waterproof wire connectors, but those broke. So, they used some dry connectors they had. The boss arrives, and I would like to be able to tell you his name, but he walked right past my husband and never said a word. He proceeded to give the "sprinkler guys" training on how to use an Ohmeter. In the entire time they were here, the "boss" still never acknowledged my husband's presence. They did not check the transformer because for the period of time they were here, the lights came on. However, they never worked again and we were charged for 6 water-proof wire connectors, which were not used. They are considerably more expensive then the dry ones. After my husband sent an email regarding the charge, on May 14th the owner, Chris Russek, called my husband and offered to refund the $25.50 for the waterproof connectors. Jack told him that the money wasn't the issue, but the sloppy, uncoordinated and unprofessional personnel representing his company was the issue. To date we have never received a refund. Last week, our electrician checked the transformer and it was bad. My husband has replaced it and the lights work perfectly, no thanks to Andy's!
