Came out to fix sprinkler system leak. Partially fixed it.

They were very professional and good. I will hire them again.

I brought the service from Angie's list...but did not use it.

Friendly and polite. Located all, ran a check of the system, talked with us on what they found, provided an estimate for the work. With our approval made all adjustments and repairs. Would have appreciated the dirt being swept off the walk areas. Would hire again.

Two men came out to inspect my system, they called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. Brian and his helper were very kind and even helped me finish attaching and plugging in my Christmas lights. While I was finishing up they checked the sprinkler system and found it to be in good working order, but suggested I watch a few areas in my lawn for future riser and head replacement due to my lawn getting thicker. All in all they were wonderful! The only reason I may not use them in the future is because I have a sprinkler guy I use when needed that I found on Angie's List a few years ago. He also is wonderful, I just wanted to take advantage of the special.

I was very pleased with their work although I thought they were a bit pricey on the replacement materials. The other area that I thought they were behind on is providing us with an invoice and an estimate of other work deemed necessary although not of an immediate nature. I was promised and invoice and estimates via email but had to call to finally get them.

Fantastic work, quick, professional and very kindly corrected an error in our automatic setting for the system.

Went well. On time, asked to be taken to the control panel. They adjusted times and then worked thru each zone, checking flow and areas covered. Gave two recommendations, one for limiting a nozzle to partial and another to have two new nozzles added to better cover the flower beds and avoid the ground mounted birdhouse. Left a written report, reset sprinkler and moved on.

Think there were 9 heads needing replacing, bout them at Lowes and replaced myself

Professional, punctual, prompt service. Having just moved into the house, I requested a full diagnostic of my sprinkler system to determine the amount of work that was required. A walkthrough of the system along with a report was provided.

Brian arrived promptly and spent almost 1 1/2 hours testing, repairing and replacing broken and inefficient working parts. He provided thorough explanations about what he was doing and made recommendations on other improvements but, most importantly, he always sought permission before proceeding with work that fell outside of the scope of the Big Deal certificate. Very happy with the professional, efficient service and quality of work. We will be using their services in the future.

Good experience . Arrived on time and did a through inspection of our sprinkler system...they were quick, efficient and professional. They explained their findings and made suggestion for repair and improvement of the operation. I also asked for an estimate on outdoor lighting and they were happy to do so... They had an estimate ready for me before they completed the repairs on the sprinkler. Although I did not purchase lighting at the time, they explained they would honor the estimate or 6 months.. They completed all services to our satisfaction within 2 hours.

I estimate they were here for about 30 minutes. I do see improvement in the dry areas. I'm enjoying the peace of mind of a functioning automatic sprinkler system.

After the workers tested my sprinkler system, they made some suggestions, from replacing some sprinker heads that were sticking to a complete replacement of the entire system. I decided to just replace all of the heads that were sticking. They were a little pricey but the sprinklers are working great.

Awesome customer service. Very knowledgable about both my sprinkler system and outdoor lighting system.

They said they can't guarantee a time, instead they said they could give me a two hour window. I need a guaranteed time as I wouldn't have to take work of to be there.

Brian Stewart of San Antonio examined the sprinkler system which was installed years ago. He modified the system and relocated the sprinkler heads where needed. He repaired or replaced other heads. He was extremely efficient. His work was clean. HIs attitude positive. I can highly recommend Mr. Stewart and his company.

They did a thorough and good job. A little pricey. Would not use for small work, but worth it for large project.

A little more expensive then I first thought. But a excellent service and great job.

Andy's Sprinkler guys came out to assess my sprinkler system. They found a broken pipe and a leaking sprinkler head. They also suggested bubbler hoses for my new growing trees in the back yard. They suggested lowering the sprinkler heads to avoid further damage from the lawn mower - which the heads should have been installed lower to begin with. We also were able to talk about future landscaping plans to include a garden and flower bed and how best to implement watering systems appropriately. They weren't pushy or aggressive, were very polite and the work took no more than 2 hours. Very impressed with Andy's and will definitely call them again when we are ready to make our garden and flower bed.

Overall it was a very good experience. I would contact them with any future sprinkler system problems that might come up. The workers were both very professional and the lead, Mr. Brian Stewart, seemed extremely knowledgeable and professional.
