Great! The technician was very helpful and provided recommendations.

The young men were here about an hour and came to ask if I would authorize them to use some tool that cost $40+ for 15 minutes use to locate the remainder of the service valves for the sprinkler system. They had managed to locate 2 already and both of them had to be connected/re-connected and yet the circuit was still not complete so they needed to locate the remainder. As I rent, I chose to not have them use the tool but rather to prepare a report as to what they had already done and what they would need to do to complete the testing. I will then share this information with the property management company that I rent from. It seems though that one of the gentlemen left my water turned off at the meter and left. This caused an issue. I contacted one of the young men and he was kind enough to return to my house and turn the water back on. I wasn't certain if that was the issue or if there was another problem.

Did a good professional job. A bit on the expensive side. Have another irrigation guy who was unavailable at time I needed work done. Will probably user my previous repair guy again if needed.

Work was performed quickly and professionally with the upmost quality and care.

See anove. Charged me $180 + $49.00 and never got the problem corrected. Was going to come back. They said we won't leave you high and dry and they did. One returned phone call by owner and never another word.

Kirby was my tech. Checked all heads and system stations, made adjustments to heads. Instead of expanding system made adjustments to system with risers. Added a few heads/risers (extra) to meet needs. Discussed possible future drip system and how to incorporate. Very satisfied, very professional and courteous. We have used them before, apparently long time ago, and will use them again. Angie special $49 add'l $100 repairs

They came during the scheduled time, they called to let me know when they were 30 minutes away and when they would arrive. They explained everything they found wrong or broken on my sprinkler system and the cost to repair the system.

Sprinkler system had a fault in the program that kept it from running. Andys crew found the problem which was two bad valves. They tracked down the valves and replaced them. They also replaced 35 faulty sprinkler heads and reprogrammed the Rainbird controller. They a little pricey but got the job done in one day.

I was advised that there is a $95 service fee in addition to any work. The service fee was for a "tune up". I don't need a tune up as I know what is broken but the fee applies anyway even if you don't get a tune up.

The team that was sent out was great! It began with the replacement and relocation of my backflow unit. The team worked fast and got the job done same day with a positive and profession attitude. Most impressive was the fact that my water pressure seemed low, but I refused their advice to replace the pressure regulator at that time. About 20 minutes after they left, I experience extremely low water pressure in my house (this was about 6 PM). I called the technician, and they turned right back around and came and replaced the regulator without hesitation. Pricewise, their rate to complete this work was half of what a more reputable company quoted me just to relocate and replace the backflow unit. I'm very impressed with Andy's and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend them for your irrigation needs.

Excellent. Our contractor made a plan for us, explained it fully and procured all the materials. The workers were polite, careful and efficient. They all went above and beyond the call of duty to make the finished product look beautiful

On time. Took about 3 hours to do 1/4 acre worth of sprinklers.

Very professional - discussed the concerns with the lack of slope, etc. Provided his best ideas (putting in a sump instead of a french drain) for a solution. The cost was too high for what we felt was needed but it was a well put together quote. We ended up doing the work ourselves however we would not hesitate to contact them again for any work needed.

Andy's did the work per specifications and more. The supervisor for the crew was Seth and he managed the project exceptionally well. We did multiple tests and the french drain and pump worked flawlessly. I HIGHLY recommend Andy's Sprinkler, Drainage, and Lights.

Excellent at first we thought a whole new zone but they were able extend lines Excellent job.

Replaced broken heads, repaired leak and installed a new freeze and rain control. Tested entire system. They are not cheap but are very good and up front about what it will cost.

Went very well, they were very good about cleaning up afterward.

Andy's staff came out in August and performed a complete diagnostics of my sprinkler system replacing broken heads and fixing some lines. The cost was a bit over $200. Yesterday, they came out to fix a broken head. It was clear the head was broken as water poured from the missing sprinkler head when the water was turned on. The cost to replace the sprinkler head was $122. When questioned, they said they had to perform a complete diagnostics which was $95. I never asked for this service. I asked for a replacement of a missing sprinkler head. Service is great but buyer beware. Make sure they stick to exactly what you ordered.

A contractor damaged the electrical cables of my sprinkler system. I called Andy's Sprinkler to schedule the repair. Luis showed up on time and inspected the damages. He explained the charges and then started the repairs. When he was done, he walked with me to the different sprinkler areas verifying that all worked well.

A rotor and two valve boxes in my front yard were damaged by tree roots. I called Andy's and they scheduled my house for the following day. Luis and a helper arrived on time. Luis was very knowledgeable and provided different options to fix my system. He explained the costs related to the repairs. I decided to go with the lowest cost option. I had a spare rotor so they did not charge me for a new rotor. After they finished the valve box and rotor repair, they found a leak in an obsolete bubbler that was no longer in use. They removed the bubbler and capped the pipe associated with it.
