They were on time and did a great job! They cleaned out heads and replaced some heads.

I thought they were kind of expensive. I had to have them come 2 different times to straighten out the job.

The tem was very professional and did was expected of them. No problems; work was explained in detail and executed with precision.

We've used them for years and I highly recommend them. They are very reliable and I think they price fairly. They do the work they say they're going to come out and do. I always have good expectations with them. I was terribly impressed too. One week after we had a bad problem and the head of the company came out and fixed it.

They were punctual, cleaned up well, and were patient with my questions.

Great. The service technician was courteous and was able to swap out some of our existing heads for better positioning rather than charging us for additional heads. I absolutely intend to use them again! Professional, punctual, and very informative.

It was pretty good. I wasn’t there but their guy looked at everything and I thought he did a good job. My wife is there and she said that they came on time and they made some recommendations. They were professional. We didn’t have problems with them or whatsoever.

I bought the deal for $55. I originally called because the sprinklers by the driveway and sidewalk were spraying water all over. I thought they would just fix those. After inspecting everything I was told it would be another $129. I was kind of surprised. Brian told me several had to be raised or lowered. I did have one dry area that never seemed to get watered. Brian noticed a sprinkler was buried in the flowerbed. They fixed that by rerouting it. I think they did a great job. I would recommend them.

I don't think they did a whole lot. They told me what was wrong and that it would cost a lot more than what he was doing. He tried to pull up my sprinkler heads and told me he couldn't so it would be a much larger repair.

If you just want someone to turn your system on and see how it's going, then do hire these folks. If you need extensive work, look elsewhere.

Very good service and welll trained, informative technicians. The office had not communicated the proper discount to the technicians, so we had to go over a few details at the end that should have been unnecessary, but I would recommend them and use them again.

There was nothing extraordinary about them. They were okay. He was quite busy but he was able to work without too much of a delay of time. He fixed the issues that we had.

They seemed to know what they were doing and were pretty responsive. They gave me a quote on some repairs.

Brian was a complete joy to work with. He stayed in communication throughout the job. The job took longer than originally planned, but the price we ended up paying was actually less that the original estimate. Since we were leaving on a long trip shortly after the company finished our job, Brian even offered to stop by our house to make sure everything was working correctly and that our new plantings were doing okay. Based on the outstanding customer service we received, we give Andy's our strongest recommendation to anyone needing sprinkler system services.

The deal supposedly covered a full inspection of the sprinkler system. What I got was a very quickly look over of things and told that everything was great. I had to point out to them that an entire zone wasn't working. They fixed that by disabling it and rerouting it to another zone that wasn't in use. Not exactly what I had in mind. That cost another $100 above and beyond the Summer Tune Up. They were friendly enough, and knowledgeable enough, I just do not feel like I got any value out of the $49 deal. I should have just called them out on a normal service call.

I think they did good work and it seemed like sprinklers worked a little better afterwards.

Purchased the Angie's List special for the 11-zone inspection of the sprinkler system. The two-man crew arrived and proceeded to inspect the system. Probably took no more than 15 minutes. Told me that a couple of the heads were broke, some needed adjusting and some needed different heads. After going over the additional costs involved, I gave them the go ahead to make those changes. I also asked them to install a couple of more heads. They were probably gone within 90 minutes. I think they did good work. I just think the cost may have been a little high. That's why I gave them a B instead of an A.
