The project went well.

I really wanted to hire this company to replace our roof because their customer service far exceeded any other roofing company I've talked to or heard about, unfortunately their bid came in higher than the other bid we got.

IT WENT FABULOUS!!! They came to deliver the shingles on Friday afternoon. Showed up on Sat. at 8 am and went to work removing shingles. They had 6 people doing the work. We have a small home,12,000 sq ft, so it was more than adequate to do the work. They placed tarps on the porch to assure the debris and nails did not do damage. They also placed tarps on the grass to catch debris. (At the end of the day they had a huge magnet to pick up any nails that had fallen in the grass.) I took pictures throughout the day and talked to the men periodically. Although the language was primarily Spanish, they were polite and answered me respectfully. (I do not like to do business with companies who do not treat women with respect.) They worked until almost 1:00 before the foreman told them it was time for lunch. I wondered around 11:30 when they would break; didn't see anyone complaining or attempting to break until the foreman told him.They all washed their hands under the outside faucet and sat around their trucks to eat lunch. Picked up after themselves. Mr Bright answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He came during the work and at the end of their work, which was about 4:30. He had not asked for a deposit, nor did he insist we pay him upon completion. He came back on Sunday (calling first) and we did a walk around inspection, and again answered any questions we had. A truly nice young man. He again reassured us if we had any questions later, or noticed anything, to surely call him. We paid him on Sunday, but he has offered we could mail a check to the office. I would do business with this company anytime, and will be sure to refer this company to friends. We are very happy with our new beautiful roof!

Had our house for sale and the inspection showed an issue with the roof. Sta-Tex had installed the roof in 2006 and it was still under warranty so we called them to come out and look at it. They were able to come the same day and we determined the damage was caused by a tree in the back yard. It wasn't under warranty but they were able to fix it the same day for a very fair price. They were very polite, knowledeable and professional. They communicated the problem very clearly and showed my husband the area needing repair. They also repaired some shingles around the chimney to prevent any future leak. We were very pleased with their work.
