the boundary survey was performed in a timely manner. however, the additional staking was never performed. i called the office several times to inquire when the extra staking (which was part of the original contract) would be done. each time i was told someone would be out soon. it never happened. finally, on 2/19/2016 i requested a refund of the additional staking fee. i would never use or recommend this company in the future.
Description of Work: this company was hired to do a boundary survey with two additional stakes of a residential property.

I made some inquiries and found out I did not need it. They saved me the cost of a new survey. The gentlemen on the phone was very helpful and spoke professionally. If I need a survey I will be calling them first.
Description of Work: I called this company to do a survey on a property I was buying. They told me that I did not need it to close if there was an older survey.
