Although the sales person was very professional, her team let her down. The company has a list of 20 items on their "Standard White Glove Service" that I can say they only performed half of. Their dusting consisted of only using furniture polish on a dinning room table, while the rest of the items were dusted with a swifter. The canisters on the kitchen counter were not touched, as well as any lamps. Not one glass item was picked up from any counter or table and cleaned or wiped. There was still items on the carpets after vacuuming. To make matters worse their pamphlet advertised "Our Guarantee" - "If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 48 hours and we will promptly re-clean whatever is in question at no additional cost to you" We reached out to them on several occasions within their 48 hour time period and never received a return call. On the fourth business day my wife was able to speak to someone at their office and they informed us that they would not come back as we could never be satisfied and that they had cashed our check and quite frankly their was nothing we could do about it. We since hired a private individual who has done an excellent job, and is personally interested in what her customers think and expect and will be getting our business going forward. I can safely say that I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They were great. They were very thorough and got all the places that I would have gotten. They do a white glove inspection and they do a really good job. They were very polite and they typically don't speak English or very little. They are always early. I usually let them in and then leave.

The job is done okay but not spectacular. You have to be very specific and watch them and make sure they do it. The prices are priced a little high. I will continue to use them in the future.

Horrible Horrible HOrrible!

They were awful. They did not do a good job and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They were not friendly and not clean. I had to clean the whole house after them. I did call them and tell them that. I had compared their pricing to that of other companies and it was fine. Their responsiveness was okay in the beginning and they scheduled correctly and came in early. They were not professional.
