Description of Work: He scrubbed the tile floor with a steam scrubber. It was ok for a floor mopping. I just expected it to be cleaner. I expected the grout to be cleaner. I expected to see a cleaner look. Where he stopped his machine - it left rings on the floor. I do this well myself with my little machine.

Description of Work: When they got there, they asked if I wanted the "pre-clean" or something like that - which was extra. They also did not get a stain out of my carpet that should not have been a problem and it looks worse now than before. If you are going to advertise something like this, don't come in iwht a hidden agenda and make sure your work is good.
