I brought a nearly new Shark Vacuum with a cord that I had run over with the vacuum and shredded. The man gave me a lecture on why buying a bagless vacuum is stupid. But he said that the cord had to be replaced and that the owner would call me back that day. The following Tuesday I called and the man said that the owner had called me bag. I disagreed; he said the owner would call me back. The week following, on Thursday, I went by and the shop was closed due to a "medical emergency." The following Monday I went by and the man again said that the owner had called me. I disagreed. He told me again that the owner had called me back and told me that he could not get the part and that they could not fix it. I asked if he thought that was good customer service, and he said, "that depends on what you mean." I looked at non-Angie reviews (Yelp) and they were mostly awful.

We got everything that we expected to get. The price was equitable. They did the work very well. They held up very, very well. They did it on time which is very important. I absolutely have no complains whatsoever.

Outstanding! The manager did what they said they would do, swapped the unit with another one, and verified that it worked properly. There were no hassles at all and Mr. Bieber even finished the PVC hose hookups as I was short one elbow section. I plan to buy other attachments for the unit from All Vacuum because they are a top notch company!
Description of Work: I had bought a Silent Master central vacuum from All Vacuum a week prior and installed it myself. However, after hooking it up to the electrical outlet, the machine was accidentally in the on position and started running. I immediately turned it off and continued with the hose hookups. After turning the machine on again, it would not start. Therefore, I notified the manager, Mr. Bieber and he came out to check the electrical and mechanical hookups and later swapped out the unit with another one without any additional charges.

The technician/manager did as he said, gave us a choice of repair or replacement with a new machine and discussed the pros and cons of each. His repair estimate seemed reasonable and we opted for the repair. The machine was ready as promised in a week, he threw in an additional brush replacement at no cost, and discussed some preventive measures for the future. In all, a very professional experience and we got back what was promised at a fair price. You can't ask for more than that...AND the machine is now working great, like new!
Description of Work: We have had our Hoover Windtunnel upright for at least ten years and the self-propelled feature had failed and we literally were pushing a dead wight around the house. We took it in to this All Central Vacuum (ACV) location and the manager took it and promised a call-back in three days. He cleaned the machine, replaced the self-propelled actuator and a new power cord.
