I was not home,I was at work. So I appreciate that he did call to let me know when they were going and called when they were done. Great customer service, the date we set was kept and the job was done perfectly I do not have a leaky faucet. yay! :) p.s. price was fantastic!!

I contacted the provider late last week and they were able to fit us in Monday afternoon. My husband was there to greet the service provider. He stated the gentleman was punctual and professional. I paid $79 for consultation and $50 of that went to repairs. I didn't expect to pay $336 more, but we weren't able to use the shower without the fix. In my opinion I think that was a little high for the amount of work done but I'm no expert. We didn't shop around for other plumbers so I did settle for the first one. While our faucet and knobs were fixed, I will be sure to shop around a little more. All in all, they fixed what we needed so I'm happy about that.

They replaced the bib. They didn't want to tackle the more complicated hose bib that I originally called them out to do. They did a good job on the bib.

It was very hard to remove the old garbage disposal but it was finally free after several attempts. Mr. Colon was very professional, courteous, and his prices are very reasonable.

Ulysses changed our outside faucet that was leaking. I called him and he came out the next day. He was great. We had a lot of questions for him and he answered all of them and he gave us a lot of tips. He didn't make us feel like we were keeping him from getting to his next job. We liked him so much, he will be the one we call in the future.

They didn’t call, they emailed me. It was okay but the plumber cannot come until Wednesday so I’m getting a refund.

We paid $39 for the special package that indicated we were to get a toilet-tune-up AND and a home plumbing inspection. All we got was a repair that was needed for the upstairs toilet. When we were looking for a plumber (using Angie's list) to work on this toilet, we saw this great deal that was going to check out toilets AND a home inspection. Well... after he repaired the upstairs toilet, my husband asked him to check the water flow in another bathroom upstairs and the powder room downstairs. We paid an additional $10 for a replacement part upstair and got an estimate for the powder room faucet downstairs. That was it. Now was the toilet tune up for one toilet...and not to include an inspection for the other two toilets? And what was the home inspection to include...because he only answered the questions asked by my husband?? So...maybe we got what we paid for and didn't fully understand the details. Now...the plumber was very...very professional and punctual and very knowledgeable about his business. He was even able to squeeze us into his "packed" schedule and we did appreciate that. In the future, I would say....before purchasing a service, ALWAYS ask what the service includes and NOT just assume it means what you think it is. The service could fall short of your expectations.

Ulysses called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived within the scheduled time. He replaced the leaking faucet with a new one and even added some insulation around the pipe in preparation for the expected freeze at no extra charge. He also checked to make sure everything was working correctly. He completed the service within the time frame he predicted. He gave me a receipt and guaranteed the service. Ulysses was very professional and nice. I am extremely satisfied with the service. I will definitely call this company again for future plumbing needs!

Nothing short of a glowing report is due this provider. Response regarding problem and arrival for service were very prompt. He was courteous and professional and gave an excellent explanation of the problem and repair process. The actual work was completed quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend Ulysses to anyone needing a master plumber and his expertise.

Ulysses came out and tried what we had hoped would be the easy fix (replacing the cartridge). When that didn't work, we went to plan B. He gave us the estimate and then came back and replaced the valve and faucet so that the tub now works.

It went fine. He just had to return to make some corrections that4 he didn’t fix it right the first time. But overall he did a good job. He added some additional charges to the Big Deal. He was punctual.

It went well and he was very nice and quick. He was very thorough in his job. We also wanted him to check out some creaks we were having in our PEX pipe but he does not work on PEX so just be aware of that. For anything other than working in our attic and on our PEX pipe we would definitely use him again.

Ulysses was very professional and courteous. He started by digging around the water regulator plastic housing in order to access the pressure regulator valve with no interference. While he was performing the replacement of the pressure regulator valve, he was giving me tips and tricks with regards to the pressure regulator system and other things to watch out for regarding the plumbing. His work ethics of "doing it right the first time" surely shows in his work as he was careful and didn't rush the job. During our conversation I found out he was a military veteran and his discipline and dedication clearly shows that. I would hire him again for future plumbing issues and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Ulysses was very punctual and professional. He helped with nagging problems in our home including low water pressure in sink, running toilet, broken shower handles, possible leak. He was extremely helpful with additional information to avoid problems in the future and minimize costs with manufacturer warranties and prevention. Will definitely use him again!

The toilet was leaking at the base so I bought an Angie's coupon for $79 which included diagnoses and 1-hour of labor. He originally came on Tuesday, Sept. 9th, and after looking at the toilet he said that the previous homeowner had replaced the tile but did not reset the toilet correctly. He recommended that we buy a new toilet and said that he would come back in a week to install it and he would not apply the Angie's coupon this trip but would apply it on the next trip; he said it would be a total of $190 which included the coupon. We bought a new toilet at Home Depot ($200) which included a new wax ring and he came for the rescheduled appointment on Sept. 16th. After 30-minutes he had removed the old toilet and said that he needed to go to Home Depot for an extension flange. He was gone for at least an hour before he returned with the flange. Upon returning he installed the new toilet and replaced the cutoff and water supply tube which took 45-minutes. After completion he gave us the invoice which totaled $190 labor plus $69 for parts and this total included the discount for the Angie's coupon. Overall he was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing but we were not comfortable with the amount charged. He spent 1.25 hours on site and installed $15 worth of parts (cutoff valve, supply tube, and flange=$15 at Home Depot). BUT charged us $269 for labor ($190+$79 Angie's coupon) and $69 for parts. This seems a rather high fee for a 1-person shop and the 1.25 hours of work performed. Due to this I gave an F for Price and I gave a B for Professionalism because of his 1-hour trip to Home Depot even though he had explained the need for the flange on his initial visit so I feel he should have had it with him on the second visit.
