the provider was unavailable during the time i was going to be home. I wish i would have known this prior to me purchasing the 79.00 coupon. the only communication was via the emails. my last communication with them was 10/21., not even a follow up reply or phone call. I contacted another provider on line and within a half hour i rec'd a call asking about what i needed done etc. they sent someone out to look at work needed at no charge and was able to get things completed and more before noon on Friday 10/23. i would like to request a refund of the 79.00 purchase that was not used with this provider.

Was very punctual and came back to do installation work once the parts arrived.

During the inspection of our home, the buyer requested the kitchen drains be replaced as part of the purchase contract. All Things Water Plumbing Services replaced our drains and rings in our kitchen sink. Ulysses got us on the schedule very quickly and we were able to close the inspection write-up. They did pretty good. I had an issue but he came back out and fixed it. There was an extra charge, it was $79 for the big deal plus 200, altogether when he first came, there was an additional 200. The way I purchased it was like, you paid for the service call upfront and the $79 included a service call and some credit towards the repair. I was rather surprised that I owed that much more to be honest. He did the work. He did a good job. He came right back out but it was just the cost. I wasn't expecting that I would have to pay another $200 because I had all the parts and I thought that the $79 was what it was going to be. I didn't realize that it was going to be that much of an additional charge and it ended up costing me like $279. I think he did a good job and he stopped the leak but a week later I had another leak in a different location or so he said. The responsiveness was good, he was responsive. I had to leave a message and he is a one man van and so he called back as soon as he could and he actually came back to fix it within a relatively good about of time. If it was a big leak, I wouldn't have been able to wait but he did good. The punctuality was good, he was waiting for me when I got there. He was professional. I would use this company again for the work and getting somebody out there but I wouldn't for the cost.

Ulysses quickly assessed the necessary work, repairs and supplies needed and provided me with an estimate as soon as he arrived. The actual cost remained very close to what he quoted. He was cheerful, polite and professional and performed the above work in about 2 hours including travel to Lowe's to pick up parts. He left the work area clean.

It didn't go too well. I found out that he wasn't honest. I had a problem with the toilet in my house.He didn't warn me that I would pay extra if there was anything more than a tuneup. He went out to the store and got supplies and got the toilet fixed in less than an hour. He then told me it was $249. He didn't know I had a coupon. He told me that if I didn't pay he would sue me and I was a little intimidated. I was really disappointed. He probably realized that he made a mistake and I did not hear from him. He ended up fixing a whole new toilet and I only paid what was on the coupon.

I bought a special for $79 for the service call for All things water. He was very professional and very prompt. Reviewed the problem, went and got a part and had it fixed very quickly. The total price came to about $200 . He was very very efficient and let me know what each step would invovle, including turning off the water. I would definitley use him again.

Faucet no longer leaks and they showed us how to change the washer ourselves if it happens again.

Ulysses called a half hour before he arrived, was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and was quick and efficient in his work.

Ulysses showed up on schedule and performed all requested work quickly to my complete satisfaction. I let him know that a previous plumber had mentioned that my water pressure was high, and he verified that and provided an estimate to have a pressure reducer and water heater expansion tank installed. He informed me that he could have the additional work scheduled and completed in the near future, but also let me know that he could give a substantial discount if I was willing to wait for cooler weather to install the regulator and modify the water heater. I will definitely be scheduling more work with Ulysses in the future.

Great. The technician installed the faucet while I was at work. I didn't even have to take time off.

The water valve next to our house in the backyard provides water to top-up the swim pool. It was very old and starting to leak. Since it was obsolete, it could not be repaired. Ulysses came out right on time and explained that he would need to cut out the old valve and install a new one. I explained what I wanted (a ball valve type). He carefully cut away the old pipe and valve and put in just what I wanted. It now works perfectly (and much easier than the old shut-off valve). His cost was very reasonable and work was excellent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

When I called All Things Water Plumbing Services, Ulysses, the owner gave me an estimate right away, while he was driving to another job. Based on my informal survey, All Things Water Plumbing Services price to replace a water heater is probably $300 to $400 less than most other companies. My neighbor had the same brand water heater installed using a different plumber and he paid $400 more than I did. He did give me an Angie's List discount, so be sure to mention that you found him on Angie's List. All Things Water Plumbing Services has no employees, it is an owner operated business. Ulysses, came out that same morning to take a look and said he could replace the water heater that afternoon. He was back at 3 pm as promised and was done around 5:30. Very professional, kept the work area clean and neat. Ulysses didn't seem to mind that I was looking over his shoulder while he worked. Very friendly, enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. I would not hesitate to call All Things Water Plumbing Services for future plumbing needs.

Changed outdoor faucets what were leaking. Bought coupon for one but had all three replaced.

Arrived on-time, was very professional. Provided answers and suggestions for my "do it my self" questions as I am in process of remodeling the bathroom.

The plumber was very professional and prompt. Turned out the flap or plug that was installed in the tank was not the correct size. The plumber switched the defective part for the right one. I purchased a special "toilet tune up" deal for this service and thought it was an outstanding value.

I was very pleased with the service. I checked with one other company, but All Things Water had the best price. The response was quick and an appointment was set. Ulysses was prompt and professional. He replaced the leaking Kitchen faucet. He checked the water pressure and it was high. I was not surprised since this was the 3rd time I had to replace a faucet. I made another appointment to have the water pressure gauge installed. Ulysses came on time and completed the work. He also replaced 2 shower heads. I would recommend All Things Water.

The gentleman who came over was on time, he called ahead, he gave me a small time window and came close to being here when he said he would be. He was efficient in the repair. It took about 30 minutes. Everything was good except the price. I bought a 79 service call promo with a 50 discount. I paid about 120 which included 25 for parts. Without the discount I would have paid $225 for labor only. That seems excessive.

There was a little leak in the seal of the commode, so it kept running It was an easy fix; he replaced the seal. The service was excellent. He was on time and polite. I was very satisfied with the service.
