He was very polite and professional. He answered some questions I had about some faucets I am planning to replace in the future. I can't complain. It was a breath of fresh air to have him do the work. He did an excellent job compared to the contractors which my home warranty company First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation have dispatched. They have sent dishonest contractors who do on the fly repairs or find multiple not covered deficiencies without being at my home for 15 minutes. First American will not listen and will not allow second opinions to give the benefit of the doubt to the homeowners. I will continue to use Angie's list in the future and report accurately about all the contractors we use.

Ulysses promptly communicated with me to set up an appointment. He called when he was on his way. The work done well and he even looked at a few other things I needed done. He couldn't do all of them, but he referred me to someone who could. I would hire him again.

Not well! Technician broke the pipe connected to the faucet.He claimed it broke due to being an old lead pipe.He said that pipe going into the house needed to be replaced,but that he did not have the equipment or time to do it. He ended up capping the pipe and charged me $184.00.

It went very well. He explained the issues and fixed the problems quickly.

It went well. He called and showed up on time, removed leaking cartridge, purged the lines for any contaminants, installed new cartridge, installed handle, checked for leaks. After 24 hours the leak returned, I texted him, he returned the same day and installed a new cartridge. This fixed the leak. There was no extra charge for parts or labor for the second visit.

Excellent service, very professional, did not treat me poorly because he was fixing my mistake. Fair price for service performed and was on-time and very nice.

Wonderful. I called him on Saturday and he suggested that since the water was by my meter (and no water was gushing out), I should call the SAWS first in case the leak is on the side (which SAWS would repair). Tuesday I called All Things Water Plumbing Services back and he set up an appt for me for the next day for 9:30 am and called me 30 minutes before he came. He fixed the leak, replaced a lever, replaced plastic parts that were eroded with brass and cleaned the area back up. He was finished by 12:30 pm. It was quite painless. I had him also check my outside faucet and it turn out that the problem there was my connector. I was very pleased that he did not try to gauge me and told me in everyday language what was wrong. Hopefully I won't need any plumbing but if I do I will call him again.

Tech was on time, worked quietly, quickly and cleaned up after himself. Overall, the service was fine but felt it was a bit pricey.

I purchased a coupon which cut the cost of the visit. Ulysses is a one-man shop and he is incredible. Not only did he clear my sinks but he talked to me about some ways I can prevent the same in the future. He gave me a great hint about a cheap way to unclog slow drains. He was on time and totally professional plus he was very personable. I now feel I have my own plumber and will trust him completely with any plumbing job in the future.

It was not very good. The service cost me something on top of the big deal. I was told that the problem needs to be solved by ordering a part. After ordering a part, it didn't solve the problem. Basically, I wasted two months, a bunch of time and money before the problem could finally be solved by hiring somebody that was recommended to me from a friend. I don't think I would use them again. I would tell them to look for somebody else. They were friendly. There was no follow-up. They were on time.

My water pipes made banging noises so I searched for plumbers on Angie's List. I found Ulysses and contacted him to explain the noise I heard. Ulysses knew immediately it was the water pressure and asked me to search in my lawn for a water pressure valve box which should of been located near my water meter. I did not have one. Ulysses came out today and installed a water pressure reducing valve and the banging noise stopped. Ulysses was professional in every way and explained to me the water pressure details along with my warranty. Thanks Ulysses.

Ulysses was great to work with, very accommodating with scheduling. The initial appointment was for our shower drain, but we also needed work on our kitchen sink. Ulysses took care of both issues to our complete satisfaction.

iUlysses is great! High integrity, he checked my water heaters, determined that repair was not in the best interest of 23 year old tank water heaters. He did give me rough estimates to replace the existing tanks. He also indicated that if I want to go to tankless water heaters, he could not perform the work and he recommended contacting larger firms with the capabilities to do the additional electrical work required. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $79.00 for a plumbing service call. A credit of $50.00 toward labor was included. Ulysses was prompt and professional, and completed the repairs in approximately 30 minutes total. I expected, based upon my previous experience with plumbers, and other Angie's List contractors that the labor bill would be no more than about $50.00 for 30 minutes work, plus the cost for the parts. When I was handled the bill, the labor was $150.00, to which he applied a $50.00 credit. Parts were $26.00, meaning a bill of $126.00 plus the $79.00 that I had already paid. When I asked Ulysses what his hourly labor rate is, he said the he does only fixed rate jobs and doesn't charge by the hour, because he is a "master plumber". This is partially my fault for expecting a more competitive labor rate for 30 minutes labor, as I failed to ask, prior to the repairs being done what the total cost would be. Shame on me, as I failed to do "due diligence". I expected that an Angie's List "Big Deal" would be just that. I won't make that mistake again.
