Description of Work: Ulysses the owner of the plumbing company performed the work promptly and competently, and worked with my tenant on a convenient time to get the job done- He changed out a bath tub faucet cartridge in the master bath wall.

Description of Work: After being sold this "package" by Angie's List, the provider indicated they did not service my area. To exacerbate the issue I was told by a representative of Angie's List that a refund was discretionary!!!!

Description of Work: He showed up on schedule, did the original job plus the second, was paid according to the agreement, and left. Everything was done well. No problems.

Description of Work: I bought a portion of the service from an angie's list special. They scheduled very promptly and came out with a few days. The plumber finished installing a new toilet (husband attempted and could not complete), replaced some parts in another toilet, fixed a leaky shower head and cleaned a slow running bathtub drain. I was surprised that he had to go to Home Depot to get a part but that was ok. Because we had more work than he originally knew about he came back 2 days later to complete the job. That decision allowed him to be on time for his next appointment which is something I respect. He was pleasant and professional. We feel like he treated us fairly and was not there to avoid work and overcharge us. My husband and I have made the decision to change from our prior plumbing service and we will be calling ALL THINGS WATER PLUMBING SERVICES for our plumbing needs in the future. I have already recommended them to a friend.
