Description of Work: Repaired and replaced an outside faucet line from the slab that was leaking from a pinhole leak. He also reengineered the pool fill line that was coming from the same faucet. The job was outstanding, even better than the original line.

Description of Work: There was a toilet leak. Plumber met with my tenant and indicated that there was a pipe leak in the wall that was beyond the scope of the plumber's skills to repair. Plumber did not repairs. Tenant tightened bolt under toilet, fixing the problem. | |I would not use this service again. My tenant reported that the plumber was prompt and nice. The real issue is that the problem was not fixed and I paid for nothing.

Description of Work: Great service. They called soon after I requested a time slot. The time window they gave me was only one hour (I've never had such a short one for any service) and they called and confirmed when they were on their way. They were right on time. The plumber was knowledgeable and courteous. The small job was completed quickly. I was impressed they were so accommodating to a small job. I'll use them in the future.

+ -1 moreI called the plumber shortly after I purchased the BIG DEAL. He answered on the first call and made an appointment to come to the house two days from the call. He showed up early and was waiting for me when I arrived at the house. I showed him the projects I needed him to work on, he gave me an estimate, then left to pick up supplies. He worked about an hour over the 2 hours allotted on the Deal Coupon, but was up front in telling me that he might go over. He fixed the toilet first and told me exactly everything that he was going to do. He then fixed the Faucets outside. Work was done well, he gauranteed his work for 1 year, and was friendly and informative. I would hire again for sure.
Description of Work: Plumber Replaced multiple outdoor faucets (One which was so bad he had to use a torch on) and fixed a wobbly toilet with a broken seal.

+ -1 moreWe liked him. He is timely and came when he said he was going to come and called ahead of time when he was on his way. He was very clean and he has a good ability to communicate and relate. He also follows up with the work that he does. We had a minor leak with one of the things he repaired. He came back the next day when he said he would and repaired it. I wouldn't hesitate to have him do any additional plumbing I may need in my home.

+ -1 moreAfter the special order sink and faucet arrived, we contacted Ulysses and he scheduled the job for the following week. He arrived on time, spent several hours removing the old fixtures and installing the new sink, faucet, and disposal. As he had advised us earlier, the new single-bowl sink fit just fine in the existing space on our counter top (the sink is a self-rimming one, not undermount). It did take some time for him to reconfigure the plumbing beneath the sink and the disposal, and he triple-checked the configuration to ensure there were no leaks and the sink/disposal drained properly. We purposefully waited about 6 months before providing this review in order to ensure that there were not some minor or major glitches associated with the work accomplished by Ulysses. We're quite happy to relate that there have been absolutely no problems with the sink/faucet/disposal/new plumbing work accomplished by him. We would certainly use him in the future for our plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Used Ulysses (All Things Water), the master plumber for Handyman Connection, to provide us an analysis and quote for the removal of our original contractor-grade double-bowl porcelain kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal with a large single-bowl, granite composite sink, new faucet, and a large (quiet!) garbage disposal. He was one of two contractors from whom we received a job analysis and cost estimate. The other contractor's cost estimate was significantly higher than Ulysses's, and they suggested that our Corian counter top would need to be cut larger in order to accommodate the new single-bowl sink. Ulysses, on the other hand, advised us after a lengthy series of measurements, that the sink should fit just fine in the opening being vacated by the existing sink. He also advised us that the plumbing beneath the sink could be a challenge, although quite doable, since we were going from a double-bowl sink and standard size garbage disposal to a single bowl sink with a disposal quite larger than the current one. Because of the detailed inspection of the work area, his obvious knowledge of his craft, and the fact that we have used Handyman Connection's specialists without any problems in the past, we selected Ulysses/All Things Water to do the sink/faucet/disposal change-out.
