All Things Water Plumbing Services

I called several plumbers and was shocked how much water heaters had gone up since my last install. All Things Water Plumbing gave the best estimate and could come the same day. He called 30 minutes before arriving to say he was on his way. He even called to say he had finished another job early and was it convenient for me for him to come earlier. Yes! Turns out he lived in my neighborhood too! Will definitely call him again when I need plumbing services.

He was prompt, thorough, competent, and personable. What's not to like?

Very good. We were happy. He was very polite. He was prompt. He did what he was hired to do.

I had a reverse osmosis system under my sink. I just had it serviced the week before with the filters changed. To do it they turned off the hot water under the sink. They failed to turn on the hot water again, I did not realise that, so I called your guy to come out. I thought he was going to have to replace my faucets because the hot water side would not work. He found out that the reverse osmosis people had not turned back the hot water on. He just charged me the twenty nine dollars service charge. He found the it right away pretty quickly. He was very pleasant. I would call him again. I would say that everything he did was an 'A'.

Ulysses checked out each problem, explained my choices on repairs, wrote out a quote, explained each option and then proceeded to do the work. He did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company!

Ulysses was very kind and was able to fix the flow problems that our renters had been experiencing. We weren't able to get the $29 price due to the extent of the problem but we thought $90 was still fair.

Ulysses called me the very next morning to schedule my service appointment? (within the time frame I requested) and the following morning after purchasing this service call deal. I was ALREADY SO impressed in the expedience of response time! Upon Ulysses?s visit- he went through several hardships even just trying to reach me as he was a bit earlier than scheduled appointment time? (9:30-10:30 AM. ) Again- impressive-as I am accustomed to waiting until at least 1 hour past the latest estimated time! He was such a patient, kind man, and understood my surprise! Ulysses spent a good time of his morning to diagnose and take apart/look at the questioned faucets. He also spent time on the phone with my husband who was not home at the time- but wanted to ask him questions and tell him our concerns. Very patient and attentive to ALL of our concerns?not to mention he even pointed out a few things that we need to have taken care of by our home builders that were not up to code! I STRONGLY recommend this company and Ulysses?s services. Not only did he tell us EXACTLY what needed to be done, but who to contact for the parts (as they were lifetime warrantied) and gave us a quote for what he would charge to replace it. He did not try to sell us on anything or charged us an extra fee for the time he spent at our home?.he is the real deal and a honest man. We truly believe in this company and are thankful for their integrity in service they provide.

He worked efficiently and knew exactly what was wrong. He estimated about how long the work would take was correct. He did a good job, was professional and punctual. I would recommend them.

It was easy to find a time/date that fit my needs. He showed on time. He diagnosed the problems and repaired them promptly. There was an unforeseen complication that arose after he finished his work. I called him back immediately, and he totally fixed that problem, even though it was not his fault. I'd hire him again.

He fixed one leak by installing a new shower faucet. He completed the water filter, and the kitchen sink. In addition, he changed out the garbage disposal gasket. When trying to find the primary leak, he switched out the toilet "gasket" as well. However, that was not the cause of the leak. He determined it was in the wall/slab. However, he then let me know that he was not a "full-service" plumber, and I would have to call another plumber to fix the leak (which was primary reason for the service call). While he performed many tasks, the time it took seemed excessive, and it ended up being several hours over my two-hour $99 deal just for the replacement tasks. When getting quotes from other plumbers as a comparison, I was quote about half the amount of time it took to complete. And, I ended up going through FOUR more plumbers until I found the right team for the job. Meanwhile, I had more and more water damage, and I'm having to deal with contractors and insurance.

They were able to accomplish this task.

Ulysses was great! It wasn't a leak but a drainage issue(whew!). He guided me into the necessary steps to clear the blockage my washer had created. I would recommend him ...give him a shot..see what he can help you with!

Ulysses is a master plumber. He is a one man show, but he is the only man you'll need. I was very pleased with his work and will hire him again for sure. He was one of the few plumbers I called willing to give me a rough estimate over the phone. He also will come out to your house and give you an estimate without charge. He answered his phone the 2 times I called him, arrived when he said he would, and completed the work within 4 hrs. He even disposed of the old toilet for me. He also offered to come back the next day without charge if the gas line needed to be relocated again. He gave me 10% discount as an Angie's list member. He is a friendly, likeable guy.

Ulysses arrived right on time and quickly found the problem with a leak under our sink, which was a simpler repair than we'd expected. He also replaced a hard-to-turn faucet handle with a flip handle that was easier to use. We used his Angie's deal and ended up paying only additional for the faucet handle. Very affordable and efficient!

Ulysses was great. He showed up on time, made an assessment, went shopping for replacement parts and still completed the job on time without any additional charges. We came back from vacation to find wet carpet in our bathroom closet. He quickly found the leak and a local seller for the replacement part. This was our second time using him and we will continue to use him.

Ulysses called to set up the appointment (after I had purchased an Angie's List coupon.) He arrived on time, completed the work, cleaned up after himself, and was very professional. Since the gas water heater had to be removed to do the plumbing, he thoroughly flushed out the tank prior to reinstalling it. I had not asked him to do that, but am glad that he did as there was a fair amount of residue in the tank. When he was done, he pointed out one plumbing joint that he said he was not 100% sure of, but it was late in the day. He had applied a possible fix, but asked me to keep an eye on the joint, and if there was any seepage to call him (he was sure there would not be a catastrophic failure.) The joint did seep, never enough to drip, but enough to keep the exposed pipe damp. I called Ulysses, he established an appointment, arrived on time, applied a permanent fix, and, again, left the area clean and orderly. I am satisfied with the work done by All Things Water. The cost was more than I had anticipated, but for the amount of work done, does seem fair.

I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism displayed by Uly of All Things Water. First of all, he is on time. He calls when he is on his way. His prices are fair, he makes sure that the job is done right, warranties his work, and doesn't leave a mess. Furthermore, he is a really nice person...honest, congenial and a pleasure to do business with. How many other contractors, be they electricians, plumbers, painters or air conditioning/heating business can you say that about?

We purchased a Big Deal where we got 2 hours of labor for $99. We had some leaky hose bibbs replaced and a wobbly toilet fixed. The work was done very well and very quickly. I would recommend this company for future work.

The plumber recommended Roto Rooter for the sewer work he said we needed. Roto Rooter's charges were exceedingly high and in the end the recommended work was done by another less expensive plumber ($900), after we incurred charges $2185 which I negotiated down to $1685, . AND the resolution of the presenting problem, smells coming into the bathroom, was resolved by putting a hair clog cleaner ($12) down the drain, rather than pipe or sewer work. I definitely would NOT recommend Roto Rooter, and have doubts about anyone who would. (See update noted above.)

Ulysses was quick to schedule appt and arrived on time to fix our disposal. Glad we didn't need to replace it.

He was very good. They were very professional. He provided me with a lot of information on the type of faucet I had and was able to offer recommendations. I will be hiring him again in the future.
