Ulysses was great to work with. He responded to my phone call immediately and made room in his schedule to stop by and diagnose the problem, which was water pressure. During the diagnosis he told me everything he was looking for and why it was important. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind teaching me something as he went along. He gave me an estimate and, even though he said we could use the water safely, he fit our repairs in on Sat morning of Labor Day Weekend. He arrived punctually, performed all the work, worked hard, cleaned up. The cost was the estimate plus a few extra parts minus Angie's List and Senior discounts. The work has just been completed so I don't know for sure how it will hold up but Ulysses guarantees his work for 365 days. I will definitely call All Things Water the next time I need a plumber.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was a fair price, and he was a good plumber. We had other work done, and so there were additional charges. He was on time, and the prices were reasonable. I used him again.

I had purchased a big deal for $69, and it did not go over the big deal price. The professionalism and the efficiency stood out. He called me immediately, set up a time, I called him back to change the time, and he was very accommodating and receptive. He was here early, worked very quickly, and was gone. I had paid $200 for the same faucet with somebody else, and he was able to find out why it was leaking, and it was replaced just a year ago.

It was a good experience. It was a Big Deal purchase. I had to buy additional parts for $18.

This guy was great! He installed a new water softener that included changing out old plumbing fixtures. Service was very professional, done well and on time. He also gave a few follow up calls just to make sure all was running well. He's a patient and polite person who took the time to show me how everything works so I can monitor the unit myself. Now there is an All Things Water magnet directly under my Angies list magnet on the fridge! He's my new go to guy for plumbing issues.

First, communication throughout the process was first rate. He would let me know via text when he was headed my way which freed me up to do other things than just wait around on the plumber to arrive which I really appreciated. Second, he did a thorough and thoughtful analysis of the work that needed to be done and gave me several options to choose from. The overall professionalism was as good as I would have hoped and I intend to use and recommend this service for many years to come. We had a town home up for sale and it needed a toilet leak fixed, a shower fixture reinstalled, a mysterious leak tracked down and repaired and the faucet handles on the washer connection replaced. In addition a garbage disposal needed to be diagnosed and a leak repaired. I felt his pricing was very fair for all the work done, and even more importantly, I developed a real sense of trust and respect for this company.

Did a great job confirming that there was not a leak in my house- SAWS had made a mistake on my water bill. He came next day because I was in a panic that I had a leak under foundation in my home. Put my mind at ease. Very helpful and honest.

We have Moen fixtures and Ulysses said that Moen guarantees their fixtures for life so if we needed replacement parts, to contact Moen and they would ship them for free. I had repair work done on a previous Moen fixture by another plumber (on Angie's List) and they neglected to mention that fact. He ordered the part and cleaned the aerator as best as he could until aerators come in from Moen. I highly recommend Ulysses! He is extremely professional, efficient and quick.

The gentleman who came to my home was very polite and professional. Quickly assessed The problem and got to work. A little pricey for the type of job that needed To be done but I didn't want the hassle of doing it so...within and hour my leak was fixed!

It was an overall bad experience, I felt that it was a complete waste of my money. Nothing got fixed, the handle that was tightened was ok, but didn't take much work other then tightening a screw. He replaced the flap on my toilet that I had already replaced 1 month prior to him coming.

Great! I'm a fan of classics and Greek mythology. in particular.. so Ulysses the plumber has to be good, right? :-) Ulysses, did a good job of staying in touch and being on time. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, ran over to a parts place, came back and in a jiffy fixed the problem. He also saw a minor thing or two that needed addressing and we will deal with those in the near future. I know these vendors don't make much if anything off the AL Specials (this one was for a $29.00 trip charge)... but it seems like a good deal for all when a homeowner connects to a good tradesman. Ulysses's card is now on our fridge.

I purchased the $59 deal offered on Angie's List for a service call regarding the leaking faucet in the master bath. Ulysses was prompt to set up an appointment and was on time for said appointment. Ulysses was pleasant and professional, describing what he was doing to find the problem. Because I was able to give him a description of the type of faucet I have prior to the scheduled appointment time, he was able to have the necessary and correct replacement cartridge with him. He adviertisement indicated there would be a 10% discount for any parts needed, which he automatically included on the receipt. I was VERY pleased with Ulysses and his work, and will definitely cal him in the future if I have other plumbing problems.

Showed up on time, called 30minutes out. The original money was for the service call, and did not cover the repair, but I'm happy with it..

They came out promptly to see what was wrong with the plumbing. It took about 45 minutes for the serviceman to come in and identify what the problem was. It was the inside of the toilet that needed to be replaced. They fixed it and no more problems. Very professional and did a good job. Will use again.

arrived on time, and quickly got to work. looked at other issues we had and provided professional opinion correctly identifying the issues. project required owner input and he worked well with us. the project was beyond the scope of the coupon and cost more than i expected but is probably fair.

Ulysses, the owner, responded quickly to my request for service & set an appointment for the repair. He arrived on time, was thorough in assessing the repair, and gave me an estimate prior to performing the work. He did the repair work in a timely manner, and I certainly would recommend him to others, including using him again, when needed, myself. I have no complaints!

Ulysses diagnosed our hot water issue and recommended a solution. We obtained a new faucet and he installed it. The process was more difficult than anticipated and he did charge us extra for his time. We thought this was reasonable. We now have full-time hot water in our kitchen and are very pleased.

I called the plumber this week. All I needed him for was to put in a bathroom faucet. All he did was give me a bunch of prices. I don’t want him to come out because he gave me a quote that was a little too high. I just don’t want to get burned by him.
