Description of Work: We purchased a coupon off Angie's List for this provider. The work done was good quality and he even offered to go out of his way to fix another issue we had not mentioned. However, the plumber arrived an hour later than the window they provided. But, he was communicative and called to update us along the way.

Description of Work: Ulysess fixed our water heater because we weren't getting hot water, that time he charged us 300.00, which we thought was a little excessive. He did a good job. We called him later to check some leaky faucets and an outdoor gas lamp, in fair honesty, he said he wasn't sure he could fix it but he gave it a shot. He told us he would contact the gas light manufacturer and has not responded since. That day he charge us 299.00. We contracted another plumber and they fixed our gas lamp.

Description of Work: He took the time to listen to my problem via a phone call. He said that his schedual was very full and that it will take him a few days before he could help. After I explained to him the urgency of our family needs, he made an effort to visit our home for a dignostic on our waterheater in between jobs. Mr. Ulysses was very proffecional and friendly.That same day he removed and installed the new waterheater for us. Thank's Ulysses!!!!
